volcom69
Listening to it right now, and Soloman and Jim Miller are talking good things about the bengals right now. Said that Dalton looks great, and he gets the ball out super quick. They said the ball hardly hit the ground.Soloman said AJ Green has no weakness, the best WR he has seen come out since Andre Johnson. AJ sounds like the real deal guys! Also saying that Simpson looks just as good!Miller said the o-line looked awsome, protected great, and was very physical.Went on to say this will suprise teams this year, and is going to compete in every game. So what they were saying made me feel alittle bit better on whats happening at camp. Oh and said the defense was looking really good with a pick 6 from Thomas Howard when he picked off Jordan!Guess they are going to interview a bunch of guys now!!!Couple more things of note, they are saying that the new LB core looks great. They said with Rey in the middle and the way he is playing now is something the Bengals havnt had in the middle for along time.
volcom69
That was a pretty good show. They said this is the best looking LBs that they have seen in cinci in a long time, very fast and physical!Miller said the bengals can be a sleeper team this year in the afc, must have seen something really good at camp today, because i would have not thought that.Soloman said he sees the bengals at 8-8, and if they would go 8-8 thats a win in my eyes.Overall it was a good show with good interviews, and got me pretty excited about watching this young team. Still not sure what to expect, but im liking what i hear.
BengalPimp
They said this is the best looking LBs that they have seen in cinci in a long time, very fast and physical!Too bad they'll neveer stay together. Since Mikey Boy only likes to hand out 1 year deals, that f*cking moron.Manny Lawson signed a 1 year deal and I'd bet the Farm (if I had a Farm) he'll be one and done. I believe i read that Brandon Johnson also only got a 1 year deal.Thomas Howard signed a 2-year deal which will make him a Free Agent the same time as Maualuga (after 2012)The only thing great LB play will do this year is again show how inept of a GM Mike Brown is when these guys' contracts come up and they all bolt. But, hey, they can have great LB play in a meaningless season.......................

I think if Lawson and Howard play great with Rey then there is a pretty good chance they can extend them also. I really think thats what they will do, they have so much money right now, i can see them extending quite a few of there young players. volcom69
Oh they also asked about Jjoe and Marvin said he heard he going to leave it was like putting a knife in his stomach. It makes me wonder if the Bengals all but had a deal with Jjoe, but they he all of sudden changed his mind???
HoosierCat
Did you catch this bit? Marvin is in the middle of talking about vet FAs, Green and Dalton and all of a sudden shoves his tongue down Jay Finley's throat:"Our little runner Jay Finley who we got at the end of the draft I think will make an impact for us...he's a guy who will make a big difference for us this year, gives us what we were looking for and is that kind of change-of-pace guy that has great speed and the ability to catch a football."Bernard Scott who? ArmyBengal
If Finley outplays Scott, then so be it. Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade.Maybe Finley can relate better to the scheme Gruden is installing. Then again, maybe it's all smoke.
membengal
I like Finley's health. Not a fan of lingering injuries. Which, by the way, is Fui's middle name.

Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade.Maybe Finley can relate better to the scheme Gruden is installing. Then again, maybe it's all smoke. If Finley makes the team, it will probably be in place of Leonard, not Scott. Leonard's primary role is as a 3rd down back... and as much as I like him, it's not as difficult to replace as Scott's role on STs (I guess assuming Finley is able to pass block a little).
