My guess is the owners would dispute a lot of those numbers.

Also on the issue of the Union decertifying...seems to me if they do that, then the owners can impose whatever system they want. Seems to me they ought to call the player's bluff on that one.

No doubt. Also not in doubt: when asked to provide evidence to support their claim, the owners will demur.

Leaving anyone with half a brain in his head to see that the owners' current bargaining position (characterized in the Forbes article as essentially asking the players to take an 18% pay cut) is based in a deep unending pool of blackhearted greed.
