BengalszoneBilly
trade up, trade down, whatever - give me a star lineman. control the line of scrimmage. It's going to take more than one star lineman to do that.

HairOnFire
You have to start with oneThen you get anotherand anotherand another You've said a mouthful, but unfortunately....it's all Jet talk. We're Bengals, and we KNOW how this one plays out. In fact, the only thing we don't know yet is what uniform number AJ Green's number will wear for the Bengals. FWIW, I'm hoping it'll be #85. Whur CHad At? I would keep an eye on him because he is climbing. I have the slightest feeling that someone will reach for him. There just aren't any guys really emerging yet. BengalszoneBilly
We're Bengals, and we KNOW how this one plays out.Of course we do. The draft again fails to significantly help the team. The list of busts since 2003 is mind boggling! Sure, we get a decent one here or there, but nothing that comes near changing the teams status in the league. It's f**king sad.
Sea Ray
More important than draft picks is a new coaching staff. If we can get rid of Marvin and Bratkowski I wouldn't rule out competing next year with the easy schedule we're looking at. Hell, with better coaching we'd still be in it this year
HoosierCat
FWIW in the Mike Brown era, LB and DE have been the most common 1st round picks (4 each; 5 for LB and 3 for DE if you count Pollack as an LB), and overall defense has very slightly edged offense. The least likely positions taken have been TE, WR and DT, all selected just once since 1991.
