Sunday I watched last years SD/Cincy game on NFL replay. Then on NFL Classic games they were showing the 82' Freezer Bowl. Which got me thinking of the 81' Bengals. Look at common opponents from 81 to 2010.

Jets

Bills

Saints

Falcons

Chargers

Colts (It was Baltimore back then. We have Ravens and Colts)

Pitt

Cleve

Thats 10 games people, 12 if you include both Ravens games. With the addition of Dan Ross Jr. (Grisham) it is obvious it will be SD vs Cin for the AFC Title. The Lord works in mysterious ways.

SUPER BOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cincinnati 35

New York Giants 20

That '81 team scored the 3rd most points (26.3) in the NFL (behind San Diego and Atlanta) here's hoping this Offense is somewhere near that level.

The 1980 team ranked 27th in scoring, and then they drafted a white wr, and up they went. Wait a minute? Collinsworth = Shipley? More evidence!
