walzav29 Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 I'm not to excited to play Manning which means the #3 seed means something. If NE rests there starters and lose to Houston, we might have to go for the #3 seed. Then NE could knock them out. He just carves the Bengals every time, BUT in 2006 the Zimmer led defense (Dallas) did beat Manning. He's a freak. I like the Bengals vs anyone in the playoffs. Except for Manning. Quote
Ickey44 Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Let's get past the Wild Card weekend before we worry about all that. Besides, New England has owned us this decade, too. Quote
membengal Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Have they ever beaten Rivers? Quote
walzav29 Posted December 30, 2009 Author Report Posted December 30, 2009 Have they ever beaten Rivers? No, but they haven't lost 6 straight. Plus the Bengals could have won either of the last 2 losses. 49-41 and 27-24. I think we'll win the rematch with San Diego. Quote
Kazkal Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Well the last 6 times we played him we were a Offensive team and would try and out score him,I'd be more interested in his record vs zimmer Quote
volcom69 Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 I think this team needs to win a playoff game first, so lets hope they do that then we can worry about who they play. Quote
combatbengal Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 You know how we beat Manning and Rivers? Keep them off the field! Our Def is good enough to do that. Our Off needs to come to play mistake free though. But I do agree, let's get past the first round! Quote

The Colts held the ball for UNDER 15 minutes vs the Dolphins on Monday night earlier this season. He still went for 300 and Indy beat Miami./>http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2009092100/2009/REG2/colts@dolphins#tab:analyze/analyze-channels:cat-post-boxscore Quote
