BengalszoneBilly
Currently standing at 969 yards, I believe Cedric Benson will easily break the 1000 yards mark for the season on Sunday. I just don't see the Bengals going away from the game plan they've used all season to have them poised for the playoffs. I wouldn't be surprised if Larry Johnson got between 5-10 carries against the Vikings either, and how awesome would it be to see both Benson and Johnson lined up behind Palmer!?! kingwilly
Over 1000....he could hit 1100 Sunday. If he does, that means he will have run the ball more than 25 times and we all know what that means....
Stripes
Minnesota is second in the NFL against the run (behind only the team they're playing this week ). They've been gashed a bit more than usual in recent weeks, especially by Tim Hightower last week, but I still figure it'll be tough for Benson to get a lot of running room between the tackles against the Williams Wall. We ought to run the ball often anyways, like we did in Pittsburgh, but those 31 yards will be a grind.
BengalsMan3203
Couple of the NFL Network Guys said he WILL NOT break the 1000 yard mark this week and the Bengals will lose. I'm just sayin'I don't believe either statement.

jonahdsage
I can't believe someone who gets paid to predict and comment on professional football would actually think cedric benson won't get 31 yards tomorrow. Ced's bringing home his C-note as an added bonus to a bengal win. I'll be cracking open the champagne tomorrow as we celebrate locking down the AFC north. Who dey babies. derekshank
I'm actually excited about this game because I want to see how good this O-Line is. This is by far the best D-Line they have faced, both in run stopping and pass rushing. Also, the good teams the Bengals have faced this year all seem to have the 3-4 scheme. This changes it up a bit. If the O-Line comes out and keeps Palmer safe and gets Benson 100 yards... well, I'd just like to hear someone call this O-Line overrated at that point. This is their biggest test to date... and I'm excited to see how they look.
NJ29
I think we might have some difficulty running the ball early on, but it's on Brat to stay committed to the run even if there's some difficulty early.
