I expect he'll be continuously coddled through the preseason, probably long enough to be rusty and potentially ineffective against Denver. I don't think we should expect him to miss a ton of time though, based on anything we already know. He may well get hurt should the offensive line continue to allow him to get smacked around, but re-injury shouldn't be a terrible risk for any of his past dings.
