ShulaSteakhouse Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Bengals' have 5 picks left...so far their draft looks like half of a college all-star/all-american team.
Kazkal Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Eagles took Tupou, Fenuki >_<\Crosses Fingers for J.johnson
BlainThePain Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Gracias, Blain. Where'd you get that from? From a forum I post on.
DelhiBengal Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 In terms of watching the draft online, it's also showing onhttp://www.justin.tv/dhazerThe NFL.com feed was really lagging for me, but the one listed above has been better.
Spor_tees Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Duke Robinson gone...I really think it will be a RB or maybe even a WR that can play special teams
coupdayta Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Duke Robinson gone...I really think it will be a RB or maybe even a WR that can play special teamsHopefully a RB. I think we had enough WRs drafted last year.
georgeoberer Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 I'm glad Duke is gone so we can stop talking about him. Please let it be Ringer
Kazkal Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Jeremiah Johnson ! Ducks have been producing some good RB's as of late pS,Just don't trust their QB's!!!!!!!
kentjett Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 I have a bad feeling the Browns are going to pluck Ringer right before we pick.
Spor_tees Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 a dark horse pick here might be Ricky Jean-Francois. Not often the Bengals will go through a draft without taking a wide body defensive line prospect. Plus with his size, he would be a good DE in a 3-4 scheme!
alleycat Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Dudley Guice WR, Franz Joseph ILB, and a running back (I'm thinking James Davis of Clemson will be an unexpected break-out)...
Clackwoods Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Javon is gone. At least he didnt go to Pitt. He went to Tennessee
derekshank Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 I'm surprised the Bengals have taken as many defenders as they have... and I'm pleased with what they've done. I also think that RB is the biggest need yet to be addressed... however, I wouldn't complain if they took a CB like Coye Francies here. Sure... he's a boom or bust type... but that's what multiple 6th round picks are for.
kentjett Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Peerman would be a perfect change of pace back. I would like to get a return guy some time.
derekshank Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Peerman would be a perfect change of pace back. I would like to get a return guy some time.Yeah... I prefer Peerman to Jennings. Benson is enough of a power back... and that's the only trick in Jennings' sleeve.Peerman is good at catching the ball out of the backfield, and is a good return man. Sounds like the best value as a 6th rounder.
ArmyBengal Posted April 26, 2009 Author Report Posted April 26, 2009 Would anyone be suprised by a backup QB like Hoyer from Michigan St. here ??
derekshank Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 Would anyone be suprised by a backup QB like Hoyer from Michigan St. here ??Not a ton. (How do you like that palindrome?) It's certainly not my first choice... but the Bengals have tried to find quality QB backups in the draft for several years now. I'm not sure what would make this year any different... other than the fact that up to this point all of their picks have made sense to me!
Kazkal Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 With all the CB's that were drafted this year anyone worth mentioning left?

His girlfriend was hot as hell though
