Clackwoods Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 Who would it be and why?I choose Albert Haynesworth because of his age and dominance on the defensive line. I think he would have the single greatest impact on our team. Plus he was suspended for bad conduct so he fits our team mold. Quote

kevinc1129 Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 Give me Polumalu. That would be my first choice also. Quote
Pidge Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 Whoever is the best young centre in the league. Is that fat surfer looking dude from the Jets still good? Quote
TJJackson Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 I'll also go with Mangold ©My second choice would be Mario Williams (DL)Third choice would be Joe Thomas (LT) Quote
cincy9275 Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 Whoever is the best young centre in the league. Is that fat surfer looking dude from the Jets still good?your are talking about mangold, yes he is a beast. Quote
Pidge Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 Mangold. Thanks guys - couldn't 'member his name for the life of me. Inspired name too. Man-Gold. But I digress... Quote
Spor_tees Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 I'll go with AP. He is tough, can break tackles, catch the ball, and pick up blitzes. The guy makes an average O-line in Minnesota look good. If the Vikings had a QB they would probably be undefeated. Oh, and if they had a couple WR's that would help too! Quote
Pidge Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 What's happened to Sidney Rice anyway - a sophomore slump or injured maybe? I thought with Berrian going there he'd be making a few headlines for himself. Quote
TJJackson Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 Bob Sanders.sure, we could always use another injured player, why not Quote
Horsemen Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 Edit: Bob Sanders HEALTHY. That better? Quote
HoTbOy Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 Seeing that I found a loophole in the ?, it never said former or current, I would go for LTaylor of the Giants. he would even make this D-line look good... Quote
Ox Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 Maybe I'd take me some Brandon Marshall. We need another malcontent with talent. Quote
cincy9275 Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 unfortunately i don't think one player would make a difference on this team. if i did pick someone it would have to be peyton manning, nothing against palmer. peyton is a true leader who is not scared to get in someone face and tell them to quit the BS. kingwilly Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 1a. Mario Williams1b. Champ Bailey1c. Raeshean Mathis1d. Olin KreutzI know that is four. Sue me. Quote
Ickey44 Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 I wouldn't steal a player, I'd steal a coach. Maybe Jeff Fisher, maybe Coughlin or Tomlin. Someone who will get this team to play physical football and keep them mentally prepared to play each week. I still think this is a talented team. They lack direction and leadership. Quote

I would replace Mike Brown with (insert any name here). Quote
b0ng Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 I'll also go with Mangold ©My second choice would be Mario Williams (DL)Third choice would be Joe Thomas (LT)Hey, if I could have Carson Palmer as my QB I'd do that too. Quote
BengalPimp Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 Adrian Peterson, LT, or any other premier back.....We kind have forgotten over the past couple of years, just how much a great running back can help your team...#1 It keeps the defenses from playing cover 2 all the time, freeing up receivers deep.#2 It sells the play-action fake when the other team actually respects your running game.#3 TIME OF POSSESSION....Which helps the Defense tremendously, as they will be on the field less, meaning they will be fresher, and if they arent that great, it gives the other teams less possessions. We havent had a decent running game since '05.........Wha Happun?
