BengalPimp
Dhani Jones has been the NFL's leading tackler for the past few weeks, and while I commend his effort, probably the biggest reason for that fact, is that the Bengals D-Line stops NO ONE. Also, no team bothers throwing on us (only 1 200yd passer this season Eli and a #6 ranked pass D) because they know they can run all day on us. I like the way Dhani's playing, and I take nothing away from the effort he shows, but c'mon even Rashad Jeanty is in the top 25 in tackles...thats not because of talent, thats because the opposing offenses run 1,000 times a game on you.....and somebody HAS to make a tackle eventually. Those are all the reasons Landon Johnson's numbers were so inflated with triple digit tackles every year.
BengalPimp
Here's another stat you might like....Through 5 games in Carolina, Landon Johnson has a "whopping" 7 tackles.

Kazkal
I wanna see JT and improve our passrush but I don't think our Defense is doing that bad this year young in lacking experiance but it also having put up with our defense blowing chucks and giving their other teams offense great field position. volcom69
Maybe hes leading in tackles because the offense sucks and the defense is on the field all the time trying to bail them out.

What if you smothered him in mustard and ketchup and covered him head to toe in lettuce and tomatoes?
JoePong
When your offense is complete s**t and can't put a drive together, you're going t have lots of chances to make tackles.
