duus Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Not sure what to make of this.Frye traded to Seahawks Quote
HoosierCat Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Wow.Any time I think the Browns v2.0 can't get any goofier, I get proven wrong. Quote
The PatternMaster Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 This what happens when GM's get neverous about their jobs... Quote
DesperateDerelict Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 I guess you could say that he got "Fryed" (sorry about that). This latest stupidity continues to prove that Cleveland management doesn't have a clue . . . and it used to be such a proud franchise Quote
jjakq27 Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Maybe Frye told them to pound salt or something.Perhaps this is the signal that Quinn is going to start unless they are going to bring Leftwich in. Quote
CJBestInAFC Posted September 11, 2007 Report Posted September 11, 2007 Nope they brought in Ken Dorsey. I think Leftwich would have been my choice because he can throw the ball down field and has the ability to play through injuries. Ken Dorsey is the veteran who is going to teach Quinn the ropes. Yeah! Quote

Has that ever happened before? I doubt it. Leave it to the Browns to break new ground. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 The Browns just don't have a clue... It really is pathetic !!!EDIT: They got last weeks starter for a 6th round pick ?? LAUGHABLE !!!WHODEY !!! Quote
semiotter Posted September 12, 2007 Report Posted September 12, 2007 Well ROMEO, ROMEO where for art thou ROMEO.....In the unemployment line!!!!! Quote

Leave it to the Browns to break new ground. According to Elias Sports, no...it's never happened. At least not since the merger, and they speculated that it's never happened. Then again, how many teams would have selected the now departed starter by flipping a coin? Quote

Cleveland is one sorry organization in total disarray. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 Cleveland has Detroit thinking, "Ummmmm, maybe Millen isn't that bad !?!?" PATHETIC !!!WHODEY !!! Quote
Stripes Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 Gotta wonder what's going on inside Romeo's massive head. I do think they were right in bringing back Ken Dorsey to keep Quinn occupied. If they've any sense left up there by the lake, they'll remain patient with Brady even if Derek Anderson stinks up the field (and he will). Quote
DesperateDerelict Posted September 13, 2007 Report Posted September 13, 2007 .....they were right in bringing back Ken Dorsey to keep Quinn occupied. .I heard they were gay Quote
Dawg BpG Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Not looking so dumb after Anderson went nuts eh? The plan the entire time was to showcase one of them and trade them. When fry took 5 sacks in one Quarter and Anderson got sacked once in what 28 attempts and three quarters, it was clear Frye had happy feet and held the ball too long.Dorsey was a guy we really were afraid to lose because of his teaching/coaching abilities. He is a game film nerd and I see a bright future for him in this league as a coach/coordinator not unlike Sean Peyton. Quote
HairOnFire Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Not looking so dumb after Anderson went nuts eh? The plan the entire time was to showcase one of them and trade them. So that's what it's called when a head coach picks an inferior starting QB by flipping a coin...then completely tanks the first game against a division rival. Who knew you were actually "showcasing" Frye as trade bait? And all that for a 6th round pick, right? Quote
