HoosierCat
...Favre's gonna play in '07...http://www.sunherald.com/mld/sunherald/16607933.htmI guess he's going for the record for most career picks...
Stripes
At least he made the decision quickly this time. I still think the Packers would be better off going with a young guy, but I suppose having the all-time touchdown pass leader wouldn't be too shabby. ShulaSteakhouse
Ugh, another year of never-ending commentary during broadcasts and ESPN specials, of Favre retirement question obsessions, and fans forced to watch that miserable team on national TV just because of him, 2-3 times. He needed to retire 2-3 years ago. No disrespect for his prime years when he was actually great, now he's just tarnishing his legacy as an INT machine.
kayaker0678
I think Farve already has ALL the pick records
Grizz08
Yes but I think he wants to go out on top as all do and even if that would just be a winning season I think that would make him content.

BengalPimp
The reason for a lot of those INT's is because of him trying to Force things because the dude has NOTHING to work with. Give him credit for making Javon Walker and Donald Driver Pro-Bowlers, because nobody else could. He just needs to leave Green Bay. He's still better than half the QB's in the league. Can anyone say that he's not better than starters like David Carr,AaronBrooks,Jake Plummer,Joey Harrington,MarkBrunell,Charlie Frye, or Brad Johnson ? just to name a few. Javon Walker seemed to be doing pretty well in Denver once he completely healed. I have a hard time saying that, at this point in his career, Favre is better than any one of those players you mentioned (okay, maybe not Brooks). Face it, he's staying too long. Some of the plays he tries to make are downright embarassing. I understand the effort to try to stand up for him based on his past heroics, but those were years ago and will not be repeated at this point. If they want to keep him in GB -- more power to them. If it was my team, I'd be screaming for a change though. Oh yeah, and he throws waaaayyyyy too many picks.
