Spor_tees
I'm tired of rooting for a team and giving all my heart to cheering for them and spending my money on their stuff just for them not to give any heart on the field. If their aren't any serious changes with the Bengals next year including getting rid of Up-Chuck Bresh, I'm finding a new team to cheer for. 25 plus years of following the Bengals and for what? Year after year of hearing "We'll get them next year" or "We were so close BUT" I've had enough. If the teams isn't going to show that they are wiling to do something for the fans to cheer for, then why should I stay and cheer for them? It's pathetic that at the end of the game, you don't sit and say..."I wonder how they are going to win this game," instead you think "I wonder how they are going to screw this up." I'm tired of it. Whur CHad At?
wow, hopping off the wagon are we. I agree Chuck needs to be ripped up to pieces, but I will never not be a fan, never. Even if Bill Cowher becomes head coach, I still remain loyal to my Bengals

WhoDey93285
Good riddance. WHO DEY THROUGH AND THROUGH!!Forever and always. I don't care if Saddam comes back from the dead and is our defensive coordinator. I'll still bleed orange and black.
membengal
Been a fan since as far back as I can remember (1975). If you think that end to the season will drive me away, you are crazy. I have been kicked in the nuts FAR harder than that as a bengals fan over the years...

I'm not sure why any long-time Bengals fan would allow himself to be done in by 8-8.
Whur CHad At?
I am suprised we did as good as we did against this schedule. The Bengals should be dissapointed, but this season could of been a lot worse.
agreen_112
I'll always stay a fan. Something's gotta change. I dont really believe firing Chuck is the answer. We've been diminished by injuries all year, so we're lucky to have won 8.

He goes into Prevent defense in the 3rd quarter it seems like. When you give up 42 points in one half, that is the sign of really bad coaching, and also when you loose the way we have lost this year, it goes to the coaching. belmontbengal
I'm sorry, but when we have a safety out on the fringe with Ward man to man and a aging linebacker in coverage on Hines Ward across the middle in crucial 3rd down plays ... THAT is on CHUCK. HORRIBLE coach. He needs to go. He is predictable and his playbook is incredibly static.I am so angry right now...I should probably stop typing.I am still wearing my Bengals T and will still be a Bengals fan. I am just pissed. PERIOD.

I have persevered so today's dissappointment is not that hard to move forward from.I love ML and have trusted in him but his teams are so often unprepared to play that not only does he need to find half-way competent coordinators (which we sadly lack) but he needs to make some adjustments in himself and his approach to game day. jjakq27
I will always be a Bengals fan no mater what. I've endured enough 2-14's and 3-13's to not support the team now that they are a playoff contender every year.
Storm
If you can't handle season endings like this one then you haven't been a Bengal fan longPretty much par for the course
