agreen_112
Well as you can see, basically, Henry is the Man!!! 9 TD's is the reason why I've been supporting him all along. Go on over to the Bengals page and you'll see the masses, just as I predicted, seem to have forgotten all about the problems of his past. It's officially time for all you haters to just ride on his jock. HENRY'S THE MAN!Damn Tjack, It feels good to be right.
Whur CHad At?
I don't hate the guy, he just needs to keep his head in the game and stay consistent. He is a playmaker, but he needs to do it every Sunday.35 catches 9 TD's, is pretty damn good
Spor_tees
Who really cares? Stripes
Nobody denied Henry's production. Nobody is going to be that ignorant. The complaints about Henry all involve the empty space between his ears, and those complaints remain quite valid.

You can't blame it on one guy. Tried all year long? I don't understand that man, that blows me away that you would think that All I know is that he has 9 TD's for the season, and that's more that Mr. Ocho Cinco himself, so call it what you want. I'll just call you plain dumb! What if CJ would've just STFU and play football, would he have had more TD's? To me, the way Chad acted this year was 10 times worse than missing any games... GregCook
I save my hate for someone that I know face to face. Henry I've never met so I can't hate him. He could impress me if he goes one year, starting from today, without wearing cuffs in the back of a black&white, then try to displace Chad as the number 1 receiver in training camp. It wasn't all just complaints about his off field behavior. People here on these boards and all over the Nati have been bashing him all year. That should prove to you cincinnatians that our city is too damn conservative. A guy can make mistakes and overcome them. He's the top WR other than Housh as far as TD's go this season. He's a Beast and hopefully will stay here for the lenght of his career. To me, the way Chad acted this year was 10 times worse than missing any games...You're out of your mind. What's the difference? I love Chad, but you know damn well just as much as me how distracting he is sometimes. I'm glad he looked like an ass on Monday Night Football with his stupid shoes, hopefully he'll never do something that dumb again. He prepared that for weeks probably...**edit** I say it's 10 times worse because Chad is super talented and he puts so much into that garbage. Please try to understand where I'm coming from before you bash me.

They are by no means, however, more harmful to the team than Henry's suspension was.

To me, the way Chad acted this year was 10 times worse than missing any games...I dont really think you are in a position to be calling anyone else dumb, if you think Henry DID try all year long. especially since he was held without a catch in 2 of the last 5 games. Thats 0 catches/ 0 yardsMaybe if the dude showed up to play every week, he would get more respect. His 9 TD's reflect more on his size 6'4" and being thrown to in the end zone, while covered by guys a half-foot shorter than anything else.So Hype him up if you like, Hype up his 36 catches in 13 games, Hype up his 2 carreer 100 yard games. Hype up his amazing total of 9 receptions in the last 5 game (about 2 catches per) when the team is trying to make the playoffs. Something I know you will definately NOT Hype up, is that the guy had almost as many DROPS as he had receptions!!!!!!!!!!!Until he proves otherwise, I only give him credit for what he is, and thats a 6'4" guy Carson to lob the ball in the end-zone to...and a guy who absolutely disappears for 80 yards of the field, and who only chooses to want to play inside the 20yard line on end-zone fade routes. And dont even try to come back with some LAME-A$$ comment about him only being the 3rd WR....WE DO NOT THROW TO OUR TE's SO HIS 3RD WR ROLE SHOULD BE A WHOLE LOT MORE PRODUCTIVE THAN 39 CATCHES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your nuts! I can remember some really long bombs that he caught, one that would've won us the game if Chad would've gotten his diva ass up on the freaking line. (That was in Denver btw). How about the other one he could've had if Palmer would've been on point when he absolutely burned the best corner in the league, Champ Bailey! So what he only had 39 catches, he has 9 TD's, that's more than Chad "The Diva" Johnson. TD's are more important IMO than catches!

vettespd20
I love how people are so easy to turn on Chad!!! When we win everyone seems to love him and his actions but when we lose everyone hates the fact. I dont understand some of you guys. Chad makes the game fun, he stays very focused. The stuff he does before the games or the dances after a touch down just makes it more interesting. IN NO WAY does any of that take his focus on winning. It has been said by the coaching staff he takes more notes and watches more video than most players on the team. give him a break its just in fun we didnt lose because of him

Chad's nice and Henry is a super ++.agreen you're an Idiot........................You say "Chad is nice and Henry is a super++" What the hell is a super++ ? The simple fact that you think Henry is a better WR than Chad shows how stupid you really are.You keep Hyping up Henry. You are the same fool who said TD's are more important than catches. WHAT?so you're saying that 9TD's on 36 catches is more important than 7TD's on 87 catches(1,369 yds) ? WHAT?The CATCHES are what set up the TD's. You keep saying how Henry is better because he has more TD's than Chad and the same as TJ. YOU FOOL. Chad and TJ can be counted on from Goaline to Goaline, whereas Henry disappears for 80 yards of the field until they get into the Red-Zone. The reason he has 9 TD's is because of Chad and TJ making plays all over the field, then if they get inside the 20 they throw to Henry BECAUSE HE IS 6'4" and they try to take advantage of his height and the fact that he is usually a half-foot or more taller than the guys covering him. What you say is just plain stupid. Each week leading up to a game against the Bengals, NO defensive coordinator is gameplanning on how to stop Chris Henry. However, THEY ARE focusing on how to stop #85, that truly shows the mark of a great receiver. TJ has done an excellent job of taking advantage of teams focusing on stopping #85. Because of TJ's great play, teams have to focus on him as well. Honestly, with opposing defenses having to paying so much attention to Chad and now TJ...Chris Henry's numbers should be a hell of a lot better because with Chad and TJ on the field he willALWAYS be the defenses last concern, and ALWAYS be covered by the teams 3rd best CB.How many times did Carson "LOB" him the ball in the back of the endzone? Your nuts!Try 7 times you Retard...duh....as 7 of his 9 TD's were for 3,7,7,8,10,11, and 16 yards.....Moron-----

When he catch 600 yards in three games, everyone loves him, his antics are hilarious and make the game fun, and he's the best thing since Jerry Rice. Then when he goes into a slump, which every wide reciever does, his antics are conduct detrimental to the team, he's ruining team chemistry, he's all about himself, he's not even the best wide reciever on the team. Chad works harder than anyone on the team. He cares about winning more than anything else. And he's one of, if not the best wide recievers in the NFL. You just have to ignore the haters, cause you all know that when he catches his next 12 catch, 200 yard, 3 touchdown game, every one will be back on the bandwagon. sexywendy
If you notice in the hot streak Chad had there were no antics and he played great. The problem with Chad and Henry is the team doesnt come first!!!! In our biggest games what has Chad done? Has he ever had a great game against the Steelers? I loved how Henry was celebrating his TD and Guychick came to congratulate him and Henry shoved him out of the way. To many me first players on this team. buck3y3d
Chris Henry rarely gives a full effort. This is a problem. I don't want him cut, but if I'm sitting here next season and still questioning his effort, then I'd cut him. He isn't Carl Pickens, but his effort sucks.
