B24
http://www.nfl.com/probowl/ballotSucks that I can't really think of one Bengals player that deserves to get voted into the Pro Bowl right now.

Stripes
I might be able to make a case for Shayne, with only two misses, both from long range... but yeah. Had T.J. played the first two games, he'd be in there. Rudi could be too. None of them stand out much though.
agreen_112
TJ should make his first trip this season. Him and Shayne are the only two that I can think of at this point..

derekshank
I know some of you are going to hate this... but Justin Smith deserves to go to the pro-bowl at this point. He is in 2nd place in the AFC in sacks, 6th place in tackles, and 2nd place in solo tackles and 5th in assist... and most of the people in front of him in all of those categories (including Jason Taylor with only 1 more sack than him) have played 7 games to his 6. He's also got a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. He's a stud out there right now... and anyone who doesn't like him is just pissed about writing him off too early. He's finally living up to his draft status... and surprise, it's because we finally have a couple decent DT's that keep him from being doubled every single play.Re-sign that SOB right now! BULLDOGG
I think Bengals who should get consideration so far are Big Willie, Justin, Jumpy, Rudi and Madeiu. Willie has been the only consistent lineman this year, and minus the Pittsburgh game, has been very solid. He has been the only lineman to block Peppers this year. Justin and Jumpy have combined for 12 sacks and are tied for second in the AFC. Rudi is 3rd in the AFC in rushing in a conference that has Larry Johnson, LT, Willie Parker, Willis McGahee, Fred Taylor and many other capbable backs. Madeiu, in my opinion, is one of the top 5 "two-way" FS in the NFL, and has been the Bengals best defensive player, overall this year. I think he's just a notch below Polomalu, Dawkins and Williams. agreen_112
As much as I hated Houshmanzadeh when he came to play here in Cincy, I never thought that there would be a day that I would actually vote for him to play in the Pro Bowl. Today was that day, and I have to say that I am very pleased to have Housh as a Bengal. I hope he finishes out his career here in cincy... Put a vote in for Chad and Palmer too... just for good ol' times.
derekshank
Madeiu, in my opinion, is one of the top 5 "two-way" FS in the NFL, and has been the Bengals best defensive player, overall this year. I think he's just a notch below Polomalu, Dawkins and Williams.Well, This year Madieu is a notch below Polamalu in name only. Polomalu has been injured and largely ineffective this season... so he'd just be going on his past accomplishments. I also assume the "Williams" you are referring to is the Cowboy's Roy Williams? Firstly... he's a SS, not a FS, so technically they don't play the same position. Secondly... even if they did, the only thing Williams does well is hit. He's absolutely terrible in pass coverage and is a liability on that team. I've watched a total of 4 Cowboy games in the past 2 seasons, and in every single one of them I've noticed Williams getting taken advantage of like his name was Ohalete. I have a good friend who is a big Cowboy's fan, and he thinks Roy Williams is the most over-rated DB in the NFL... (and besides... that's the NFC, so he's not Madieu's competition for the Pro-Bowl)Madieu is a very hard hitter too (maybe not in the Roy Williams, Lynch category... but he gets the job done), and his coverage skills are good enough for him to be a CB. He is in my opinion the best Safety in the AFC this year... and if he doesn't make the Pro-Bowl, it's because he doesn't have great name recognition yet.Wow... I don't think I've ever been able to say that my first 2 picks off the Bengals team for the Pro-Bowl were on the defense.
BlainThePain
I think Steinbach deserves some consideration.

Stripes
Yeah, right now I'd say the most deserving guys are Willie, Justin, and Rudi. Carson is sneaking right back into this discussion too.
