San Antonio Bengal Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 Chad got cut under the chin, will probably need stiches. Quote
rwalling Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 Why the h*ll do you have a Chad who's dinged up already in the game at this point????...and why are they passing to anybodywith two minutes left and a 24 point lead? Quote
Kazkal Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 good job bob! killing my fantasy football team lol Quote
HoosierCat Posted September 17, 2006 Author Report Posted September 17, 2006 And why are they throwing the ball??? Bob, you idiot, run Rudi, worst case they are pinned back by a punt down multiple scores with two minutes left!Is it just me or is this a team and/or coaching staff looking to pile up "good stats"??? Quote
schweinhart Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 Gotta be pleased with the job Ghiaciuc did but he'll have a quicker load on his hands next week if Braham can't go. I'd expect Dex Jack and Pollack to play next week but wouldn't be surprised if they don't. Hopefully Housh and Levi are back. If not, oh well. Depth is a good thing. Overall, it took awhile but the Bengals finally buried a pathetic team. It'll be a harder go next week but they should beat the Steelers. Maybe the hit Chad took on the chin will carry over next week and he'll be psyched even more to shove it up the defending Super Bowl champs backside. He should run circles around Taylor and beat double coverage all day long. Quote

Kazkal Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 it's not bad enough that we lost DJ pollack and braham lets lose chad and carson well were at it. Quote

San Antonio Bengal Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 We got the win, but how costly was it? Quote
rwalling Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 How about an 8 minute time of possession advantage!!!?! Quote
aaronburr Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 Yikes, that last interception brought Carson's QB rating down to 84.6, lower than last week. Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 How about an 8 minute time of possession advantage!!!?! We need to keep doing that, especially NEXT week! Quote
San Antonio Bengal Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 Some stats regarding the defense...Cleveland's 3rd down conversions: 2 - 10; 4th down conversions: 0 - 1; yards per rush: 2.9Oh, and one more thing...Cleveland's total yards rushing: 57! Quote
rwalling Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 Guys (and Gals),Injuries are part of the game. Do you really think Sh!ttsburgh walks out the tomorrow night's game with the Jags without some nicks and dings? Quote
San Antonio Bengal Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 On the radio post-game, Marvin just said that Richie has a bone bruise and DJ has an ankle sprain. Being Marvin, there was no more elaboration than that. Quote
aaronburr Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 I'm more worried about getting Levi back. I think our O-line looked vulnerable today. Quote
HoosierCat Posted September 17, 2006 Author Report Posted September 17, 2006 On the radio post-game, Marvin just said that Richie bone bruise and DJ has an ankle sprain. Being Marvin, there was no more elaboration than that.I would have to pencil them both in as out for Pitt. I think this makes Levi the $64k question. With our emergency center Steinback already filling in for Levi at LT, that means we got Bluto and...no one..in the middle of the line.Koo can cover guard and tackle...and if we needed to we could pull Willie over to the left side...but bottom line is, do you try to find a way to activate Wilkerson?Guess we have to see how bad Braham is and how good Levi's feeling...crappy way to go into Pitt. Quote
Casey Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 If we have to go into the Steelers game with a rag-tag o-line we are in serious trouble...Carson will be flat on his butt all day. Just hope to to get healthy this week, because from the looks of today's game, trouble looms if Levi and Brahm are both out. Quote
