aaronburr
Sounds like Buffalo is self-destructing. Not a good way to gauge the opposing team.

No way they happen this year.
derekshank
Once again... I can't really judge the play of Anthony Wright by watching the stats change, but I would say that after the defense has gotten 4 turnovers, 2 for TD's, the Bengals should have scored more than 27 points, and they should be winning by more than 10.The defense did give up a couple of big plays, and 17 is way too many points to give up in the first half... but still. The offense should have been able to get 2 TD's instead of 2 FG's before the half. I'm hoping CP gets healthy.
Stripes
Yeah, those turnovers last year were a fluke. No way they happen this year. The defense is only more talented than it was last year. Anyone think our fluke last year might get even better this season? Palmer or not, a team that takes the ball away from you three times a game is tough to beat. Ox
Ummm ok Dougie Fresh starts off the second half with a delay of game and then throws to absolutely noone. -edit: Check that, PK forgot which play he was supposed to run and forgot to turn around. Still a shotty start though.
gobengals19
Ummm ok Dougie Fresh starts off the second half with a delay of game and then throws to absolutely noone.I thought he was the second coming after last week?? <sarcasm font off> This is Wright's team until Palmer comes back. Now if we could only get the running game going when Rudi is in there.....On another note, how about Peko showing up again. I imagine this is what the coaches had in mind for Askew when they drafted him 2 years ago. This guys just continues to show up. Him and Smith will make for a nice rotation at the DT position. Stripes
J. Joseph is playing very well tonight... nice breakup after a crappy throw from Holcomb.-------Another good pickup from Dorsey. :player:
gobengals19
J. Joseph is playing very well tonight... nice breakup after a crappy throw from Holcomb.I like the fact that he is playing early on, getting those valuable game reps that he cant get in practice. He is going to get burnt like he did by Evans [not TD pass, key 3rd down] but he is still learning. However, the kid has some serious closing speed and blitzing speed off the edge. Real nice draft pick there.
