ChadJohnson-85 Posted August 9, 2006 Author Report Posted August 9, 2006 The browns don't seem to be able to catch a break with their centers.Oh well good for us bad for them. Isn't this their second string center that got hurt? Quote
Who? Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 This is just getting out of hand now, lol. Quote
Stripes Posted August 10, 2006 Report Posted August 10, 2006 That friggin' sucks for the Browns. Quote
BengalChamps Posted August 11, 2006 Report Posted August 11, 2006 Bengals better watch out who we cut. The Clowns may want one of our backup centers. Quote
chrishcovga Posted August 11, 2006 Report Posted August 11, 2006 Bob Hallen just retired. So the Browns lose Bentley and Hallen.. Anyone seen Fowler or Faine around..?? LOL Quote
TJJackson Posted August 12, 2006 Report Posted August 12, 2006 My understanding is that the Brown released Faine a relatively short time after they signed Bentley.......and a short while after that, the Saints (who had lost Bentley to the Browns) signed Faine for next to nothingWho came out ahead? :-) Quote
ArmyBengal Posted August 12, 2006 Report Posted August 12, 2006 Sucks for the Browns !!! They had just convinced themselves they weren't to bad off with Hallen...WHODEY !!! Quote
HoosierCat Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 And the Cleveland Center Curse '06 Continues. Scratch No. 3, at least for the first 4 games. Ephraim pulled an Odell.http://www.ohio.com/mld/beaconjournal/sports/15284764.htm Quote
ArmyBengal Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 Unreal for them !!! We've got such an abundance of centers and they can't get one to start for them. Sad !!!WHODEY !!! Quote
aaronburr Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 My understanding is that the Brown released Faine a relatively short time after they signed Bentley.......and a short while after that, the Saints (who had lost Bentley to the Browns) signed Faine for next to nothingWho came out ahead? :-)Actually they traded Faine on Draft Day for the second round pick they used to get D'Qwell Jackson. You probably don't remember that since you were busy attempting suicide after every one of the Bengals' picks. So with the Browns now having zero centers...do we entertain trade offers? They'd probably give us anything we wanted for Wilkerson....what was the name of that tight end that torched Ohalete last year? Quote
ArmyBengal Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 I would hate to entertain a trade within the division, but anything is possible and if there is a position to work with, Center isn't a bad start...WHODEY !!! Quote
