Kazkal
Lewis also said that the Bengals remain interested in linebacker LaVar Arrington, who agreed last month to give up millions on his contract in order to leave the Washington Redskins as a free agent. http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/CIN/9377459

BengalChamps
Sounds like Lavar is still trying to create interest in himself.
ArmyBengal
Well, if you don't like having the o-line addressed go ahead and bring in Arrington. We can draft o-line in the first three rounds and hope they can protect Carson like the way he will need to be. That's a great idea... I hope this is just his way of saying, "yeah I'm interested, but not a chance in hell it happens"...WHODEY !!!
HoosierCat
Oh, they could get LaVar and still extend the o-line, don't let Hobson's blather fool you. But will they? Nah. He'll dip down to what the Giants, Jax or Miami are willing to pay long before he gets low enough for the Bengals to become an option. To put it another way: move along. Nothing to see here... bengalindian
Whatever. Everybody's still interested until Lavar is signed somewhere, but who really cares? Bring on the draft!
derekshank
I'm LaVared out. This has been an on-going saga for most of the off-season now. We had2-3 Sam Adams posts a week for a while there, and I was happy we got him, not only because he'll help the team, but it would mean a stop to the madness. Now I'm hoping somone other than the Bengals sign Arrington for the same reason. I've never been in favor of bringing him in, and doing so now would not be fiscally responsible... ...and if I see another Arrington thread, I'm going to sign him myself, to put an end to them, and the two of us will start our own franchise. The fact is... if we're going to spend that kind of money on a single player, it damn well better be one of our own guys... because I will be pretty pissed off if we have to watch Chad walk to another team because we overpaid for a one-dimensional malcontent that wasn't even an area of need. HairOnFire
I was pretty interested in LaVar at one time, but I've come to the conclusion that the Bengals level of interest was deliberatly spun and inflated by Camp LaVar. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there was legit Bengalese interest from the start and I'm satisfied that the measured level of interest is still alive, and will remain alive....for 13 more days.* *Or less, if LaVar signs with another team before the draft. Ox
Keep smoking that sh*t Spain. Just because you write a non sensical post doesn't mean we all want to read that crap again.
Stripes
I'm sick of the LaVar talk. If we sign him, then fine neato, but whatever. I'm ready for the friggin' draft.
derekshank
We will get him , by default and cheap. Do I need to drag up the post?No need Spain. I'll do it for you.If Arrington wasnt signed they wouldnt have gone this far! However keep it up till the last minute blow harts, you deserve this. You shoot down other peopels post with out reading them, Eat it chumps! Yep... you nailed that one on the head. Arrington has been signed with the Bengals since March 31st. Now he's just teasing the other interested teams. Perhaps you should be less condescending when you issue your predictions sure to fail. It makes you look ignorant. ArmyBengal
Spain, dig up whatever you want to, it won't matter one d*mn bit...I'll tell you what Spain, put your money where your mouth is and go into the correct forum to make a wager on if the Bengals will get Arrington at the cheap rate you claim... Whatever you bet, I'll triple from my side...Next note, how exactly did the Bengals "screw" Big Sam, JJ, and B. Williams ?? Big Sam "ASKED" Marvin to make him a deal and he "AGREED" to it. B. Williams was paid more than adequately for his performance and if he didn't think so, guess what ?? He wouldn't have agreed to the d*mn contract... As for JJ, he's now the highest paid FB in the league, God, I wish I could get screwed like that !!!WHODEY !!!
