HoosierCat
Wow. That's cheap.More and more I'm seeing Pope in the first.
BengalChamps
I was seeing Pope in the first about a month ago. Now though, I cant defense off my mind. We have to stop the AFC North running games.
HoosierCat
I was seeing Pope in the first about a month ago. Now though, I cant defense off my mind. We have to stop the AFC North running games. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for defense in the 1st (and second, and third, and fourth, and fifth, and sixth, and seventh...twice). And the Bengals seem to be showing a lot of interest in TEs being rated in rounds 2-4 so there's that. But if I had to put a dollar down right now, I'd put it on Pope. HairOnFire
But if I had to put a dollar down right now, I'd put it on Pope. I've got 1,840 zone dollars that say you're wrong.
The_Next_Big_Thing
I'm glad we didn't sign the Putz! He's worse than Schobel.PS: The only good PUTZ is PUTZ SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM!

He's worse than Schobel.PS: The only good PUTZ is PUTZ SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM!I know this is going to excite anybody but I have a feeling our pick will be Nick Mangold,to replace Rich Braham little early but a feeling a got!!! Please DRAFT DEFENSE!!!!! Craziest thing I've heard suggested next to signing Arrington for some stupid amount. We have Guycheck, who Big Willie stated had the best start of a rookie lineman he's seen. Not to mention Wilkerson, who was the best o-lineman in college his last year. Hope he can come back strong from his injury, no reason to think he won't. To hell with a Mangold pick !!!WHODEY !!!
TJJackson
What ArmyBengal said - only double it
kingwilly
Jeb Putzier is average....maybe slighty worse than Schoebel. We need BETTER.Mangold will not be picked by Cincy.PUTZ rules....ah, the late summer memories....
cover2
Going with two rookies at center is risky, but we got no real choice.
kingwilly
Rich Braham is under contract...he is the starter unless he retires. Steinbach can center in a pinch as well.
JPW
Going with two rookies at center is risky, but we got no real choice.Isn't Braham under contract for one more year ?

kingwilly
Best pick? With the holes (literal and performance) at DE, DT, TE and depth issues at S, LB and CB...why would we burn our r1 on a Center? Why on God's earth would they draft Mangold when they have Braham for the short-term and Ghuicuc poised and Wilkerson as the sleeper option?????? There is no good reason...Mangold is not even BPA at 24....I like Mangold, he is good, but not at 24 and not for this team. I'd be far more worried about Stacey the dancing bear not having the ability to replace Andferson in a year or so...RT is a bigger need, IMHO.
