Is waiting for a QB going to bite us in the ass ???

If you really thought we were going after McCown, I have a barely used bridge that I would like to sell to you. suspension1.jpg

I personally hope they give Krenzel a shot. He has more talent than Kitna and, more than likely, a better win/loss ratio. If we sign Ronald McDonald I'll be tickled pink... We need the money to fix our D and extend Jones, Andrews, Kooistra and Smith.

That sounds just like the deal they gave GWilliams the D co-ordinator..sometime down the line you will get chance to start...probably why Ramsey is gone...i can see him beating out Brunell...

From the same story;

" The ( salary ) cap went up, but the players didn't get any better. "

Marvin Lewis commenting on the Bengals only signing 1 player during the first week of free agency. B)

The clear ... uncluttered truth of this statement rings of pure genius. How could anyone not like this man ??????

I like his philosophy, but economically speaking, it doesn't matter. If you're competing with 31 other teams for the same free agents, it doesn't matter if they know how to tie their own shoes.

I really don't get why people think guys like Josh McCown are even an option. QB's with potential to be starters will not sign with the Bengals. The combination of Carson's success and non-career-threatening injury puts us in a horrible position. We're going to have to be happy with what we get.

We're about five minutes from last call and the girl we're talking to isn't going to look so good when the lights come up. We might as well bite the bullet and order a shot of something really, really strong.

Garcia is no longer available

And God smiled and said, "This is Good" !!!

WHODEY !!!

Mike McMahon was released from Philly. He's healthier than Griese, younger than Martin, he has mobility, a decent arm, and he's used to being a back-up to franchise QB. I think he'd do well in Cincy with Zampese's help.

He would also most likely come cheaper than Griese, so look for MB to get interested real fast.

I never thought that, and further more I never said as much. Where did you get the idea I did?

Personally Killer, I wish more to be inflicted with a case of extremely inflamed hemorrhoids.

Uh, shouldn't this part of your post be accompanied by a "IMHO" or something like that, because that is pure and total speculation.

Probbley only reason krenzel is on team is for his smarts :P he's a a spare coach

IMHO ( ^_^ ) if he's here on his smarts alone, he's treading some very shallow water. NFL QB's, even backups, need more than that.
