HoosierCat Posted February 23, 2006 Author Report Posted February 23, 2006 The Jets could very possibly be blowing smoke. But that misses the greater point: the fact that a team can now legitimately blow smoke about taking Cutler at 2!!! This kid isn't just "rocketing" up the draft board, he's got a warp engine strapped to his a$$! Quote

Kazkal Posted February 24, 2006 Report Posted February 24, 2006 mybe their trying to trick the titans and saints so they can move up then snag leinhart where their saying they want cutler Quote
Stripes Posted February 24, 2006 Report Posted February 24, 2006 Good call Kazzy. That is precisely the reason such a trade won't likely ocurr. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted February 24, 2006 Report Posted February 24, 2006 Again, you can never take anything said pre-draft, with anything more than a grain of salt or you might get played HARD !!!WHODEY !!! Quote
Kazkal Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 I could see jets trading up for leinhart but they'd be better off with Omar Jacobs in rnd2 Quote
HairOnFire Posted March 6, 2006 Report Posted March 6, 2006 Bump Pennington agreed to a deal paying 3 million guaranteed with an additional 6 million possible in incentives. No word yet about whether God still wants Kitna to head east. I'm betting....no. Quote
The_Next_Big_Thing Posted March 7, 2006 Report Posted March 7, 2006 Last I heard, God told Kitna that Pennington wouldn't make it 3 games into the season, and he could still be a starter in NJ. Quote
TJJackson Posted March 7, 2006 Report Posted March 7, 2006 Next time you talk to God, tell him I'd greatly appreciate a million dollars and having the length of a certain lower-front appendage doubled. When he gets a chance.Or two million and a 50% increase. Whatever works best for him.Thankee Quote

I'm thinking Oakland unless Young falls. This could also force a move up by Miami if they don't get Brees, but the FA thing will shake out and the draft will become more clear...WHODEY !!! Quote
The_Next_Big_Thing Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 Young will fall below Cutler after the combine.... Quote
