  1. I'm not a fan of the SS pick that is a classic Saints-esque pick. Saints had a problem picking these types of players because of the RAS. Though it mostly happened under Payton in the first round. Hopefully, it works out. I think the Bengals need some ball hawks.
  2. I think Cleveland with their double rush might be an issue. I will be shocked if they lose to Jacksonville. Minnesota did not play anyone like the Bengals the previous year. They lost at home to the Chargers in 23 and that's when they had Cousins. I think Burrow could out duel Jetta. Denver is not stopping Burrow so Nix has to keep up. This is a possible loss though, but they're not losing to them and Detroit. Detroit certainly has the offense to beat the Bengals. However, they lost Johnson. Also, the Lions have swept AFC divisions back to back but they have a very interesting history of 1-3 records against the AFC. I don't believe the Lions will just slightly drop to 3-1. If the Lions beat the Bengals, they beat the Ravens and Steelers too. Lions have a terrible record against the AFC North and they are in a division that usually does not allow three straight years of playoff appearances by anyone other than the Packers. Add to the fact they lost both coordinators and knowing how it affected other teams too(2013-14 Seahawks with Quinn), I don't know if Lions reverse their losing streak to the Bengals. Packers are the opposite but they were lazy the previous year. Jacobs, Kraft, and the defense did most of the work in a creampuff schedule. They're a better team than people think. They just didn't have the rhythm. However, the Bengals have always played well against the Packers. But this will be another tight game. But if they beat the Lions, this could go the other way. I think Bengals lose to Browns and Packers with the possibility of losing one of the road games against Min/Den. Losing to Jacksonville will mean another 9-8 year I'm afraid unless they punch Pittsburgh in the mouth. Still, it may not win the division. The good thing is the games are both closely scheduled with the Ravens that it will be hard for Baltimore to sweep again. So that gives the Bengals an extra win The Bengals actually won six OOD games in 2024 compared to 8 in 2023. I really cannot see them going 2-2 again against both divisions, and they get Arizona at a favorable time. So maybe they can improve to 7 or 8.
  3. How can Baltimore lose to Buffalo in the SB. But yeah, I'm getting sick of the Lamar apologists. He's just not good in the playoffs because he doesn't have a high volume of pass attempts and plays in the elite QB conference.
  4. I don't live in LA lol. I'm a non-regional Saints fan since 2004. And they're not doing much right now so it's easier to follow Mahomes' competitors. I also am a Mavs fan but not completely following the NBA(yeah, I know) but playing DFS.
  5. That's the SB though. The AFC playoffs are the toughest test.
  6. After what happened this last playoffs, it's Joe's turn. He's the only one in the AFC who can stop KC. Josh is gonna learn real quick that it takes tact to beat Mahomes. It doesn't matter how good your defense is. When it really matters, it's coming down to the QB.
  7. I was already on here but got a new phone and couldn't remember the password.
  8. It really was annoying seeing Buffalo and Baltimore yet again straddling the fence. KC wasn't the best the AFC had to offer against Phi. The Bills sign Bosa to be another regular season juggernaut. Ravens signed Hopkins but there's no way they're coming out of places like Green Bay, Minnesota, KC, Buffalo, and Miami unscathed. The Steelers are the one to watch out for, but they'll find a way to lose when it matters.
