So I'm snooping around on some Raven's message boards. What do I see? A reference about Raven's ownership, management viewpoint towards the fans with video of Charlie Brown trying to kick the football with Lucy pulling it away. 1st, its funny because that was staple reference for the Pre Marvin Bengals. 2nd, what a bunch of babies. They have 2 superbowls a slew of playoff victories, HOF players etc. That thread is the true measure of Joe Burrow's impact. Joe Burrow and Co. changing the AFC North pecking order to a point Raven fans playing victim, lol.

My favorite defensive play prior to last night was Fulcher intercepting Jim Kelly in the endzone to seal AFC Championship. The Wilson/Hubbard play is probably the greatest defensive play in that stadium. I'm not joking around but that is on the level of the Steeler's immaculate reception.

Really have to give it up for the Bengals and the City. Game day down at the Banks and inside that stadium are just another level. It is very enjoyable watching another generation of Bengal fans being born.

McDaniels is so overrated. He did his QB no favors today.

I was there. It was almost a year removed from when Marvin marched a Kitna led team into Baltimore tied for first in his first year as coach (was at that game too.) The beat down in 2003 was bad, fans were rude. So.... Bengals hopelessly down again. Fans rude. I almost walked out after that 3rd down. Trying to avoid the snow balls, insults, threats of life you know your typical Baltimore crowd behavior. Then they fumbled that punt. Palmer was like a NBA Jam video game when a player got into the zone. Darts everywhere. One of my favorite games. I used to have the local broadcast with post game on VHS, the shock of what happened was priceless.

Just need to avoid big heads and bring the A game. There's no shame in the Bengals covering a huge spread.

Joe has requested a crazy atmosphere from the fans this Sunday.

If Brown is the starter, I just hope the Defense doesn't sleep on him. Brown could have thrown 10 picks in the game, very inaccurate. Brown's 2nd half numbers are at odds with Lou's reputation of 2nd half adjustments. Mahomes gets shut down in 2nd halves? I assume it was vanilla. I don't like the repeat match up out of fear of over confidence. I think this team will bring the attitude to prove they are top dog in the AFC.

I've never been a big believer in SOS in the NFL. Yes some teams are better than others but the margin isn't as pronounced as it can be in High School and College. The NFL typically see on avrg 4 teams in the playoffs that were not in the playoffs a year before. I think this year its 7. Teams can move up and down so quickly the schedule it what it is at this point. I'd like to see Cap room of each opponent.

Huntley isn't throwing during today's Raven practice. I just hope the defense doesn't sleep on this group of QBs this week.

Buffalo would have to lose in WC in order for Bengals to host a divisional game. Both KC/Buffalo would have to lose to host AFC Champ game. If KC/Bengals meet in AFC Champ game it would be at KC, since they won the No. 1 seed outright in relation to Bengals.

The fact Spain has been a street Free Agent before arriving with the Bengals and then after the Bengals really gives PFF grades a credibility problem. Nobody is going to let a upper tier OL sit as FA for a whole season.

Ravens fans typically fall in line with the other AFC North fan bases. "Just luck and haven't played anyone".

Supposedly Lamar didn't even travel with the team yesterday. I wasn't really paying attention to the sideline shots so I can't really recall if you saw him working with the back up QBs.

I personally would welcome the easiest path to the Superbowl as possible. But I don't fear a possible return of Lamar Jackson in the playoffs. I think there's something brewing in that Ravens organization and I also think for our Defense it would raise their level. Ravens have not looked good on offense in multiple games. I don't really think they looked good on defense yesterday either. That's a lot to lump Lamar's shoulders after a month+ off. On the flip side I know the Bengals locker room would welcome it and manufacture some sort of motivation for it.

Its a big mystery in Baltimore. There's alot of fans that think they've already seen his last game as a raven. I say bring him on.

I thought it was pretty clear winning the game took a back seat to soften them up. I think it will be chippy this week especially if Lamar doesn't play. Bengals did not play well yesterday after a tough mentally challenging week. Still won by 11. If the Ravens don't get a major upgrade in offensive production this week at the QB spot, then they will try to muck up the game.

Stats wise it will be hard to compare recent QBs to the past just because of rule changes etc. Joe's most impressive thing this year is how he ranks in traditional QB rating among the current league. As you've noted above very productive and efficient. I was of the belief the first game we saw him play in the NFL he was elite and each and every year he's getting better. For those outside fans and media that are lazy that somehow convinced themselves Joe is statue in the pocket; look at yesterday. He's an upper NFL tier athletic QB.

Unbelievably great. To be honest I thought I just saw the first NFL player die on the field doing football stuff in my lifetime. Then there is some well known ya-hoo that was reporting on twitter he was brain dead and they were keeping it a secret. I did not want to believe that or pass that along on here. The fact he is talking is wonderful news.

Yeah it could work in our favor. Prior to the Hamlin injury this team was playing with a chip on its shoulder. Wanting to prove you are true Division Champs and then getting screwed the next round hopefully restores that pre Hamlin mojo.
