  1. LB pr0n for Army: Jihaad Campbell. Joe is down with him at 17 if the injury issue isn’t serious. https://youtu.be/zizfAC-_-JQ?si=dTR6ZxnyXoCtDZ-o
  2. Patrick allegedly had offers from NO and Seattle on the table and chose to take $2.1 million from Cincy. I think that tells you a lot about the guard market right now.
  3. Here’s Tee. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/47628/tee-higgins Same cap hit as the tag, $26 million. So re-signing both cost them a net $2 million in 2025 cap space.
  4. Attn cap nerds! Chase contract details: https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/72384/jamarr-chase $23.5 million cap hit this year, so about $2 million more than the fifth year option.
  5. Killing time on PFN's draft simulator this morning...traded 17 for 34, 65 and 105. 34. Derrick Harmon DT Oregon 49. Wyatt Milum OG West Virginia 65. Landon Jackson EDGE Arkansas 81. Chris Paul Jr. LB Ole Miss 105. Gunnar Helm TE Texas 119. Savion Williams WR TCU 153. Tyler Shough QB Louisville 193. Marcus Tate OG Clemson I give me a B.
  6. Some tidbits from NO fans here. https://saintsreport.com/threads/saints-fa-lg-lucas-patrick-visits-seattle.520755/ Sounds like he would be a solid backup/depth piece.
  7. Seems like the Hunter extension would be the template for a Hendrickson deal. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/44321703/source-hunter-texans-agree-1-year-356m-extension So it's a two-year, $55 million-ish deal, including the $19 million Hunter was initially set to make in 2025. So for Trey we would be looking to add something like $15 million to his deal this year and then tacking on $25-30 million in 2026. As I understand it most of Hunter's new money is guaranteed so that's an issue, as usual. And you would probably have to have a void year or two, meaning the hated (by the FO) dead money. But that's all structure. If they aren't going to do something longer, this looks like the guide.
  8. Oregon OT dropping by. Possible second round target. https://www.cincyjungle.com/2025/3/20/24389845/oregon-ducks-josh-conerly-bengals-pre-draft-visit
  9. Well, I hope you enjoy it. I’ve found my tolerance for not-actual-games sports stuff has declined in recent years.
  10. Graham is a top 10 lock. If they go that direction, Grant will probably be there. But I would think they would wait until later.
  11. Burrow is down with a trip to Spain next season. The current rumor (suppoosedly) comes from a leak from Madrid's mayor. Again supposedly, the date would be Nov. 16.
  12. It’s just official. They were in town to sign the contracts and talk to the press. I checked in with Mike and he confirmed that not only were they not signing anyone else, but next season nosebleed tix will start at $1,000.00 and a beer will cost $250.
  13. Reportedly it was the Garrett deal that cost them. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/25172682-schefter-bengals-had-re-do-jamarr-chases-contract-after-myles-garretts-deal
  14. Bookface group passed along a tweet from Gridiron Grading that the Bengals are bringing Emannwori in for a pre draft visit.
  15. My read on the guard market in general is that all the available guys have warts, every team knows them, and so no one is in a hurry to sign one lest someone better shake loose.
  16. Time to step up to the plate, Mike! https://prohousing.com/ciudad-reina/ You got a putting green? On-site barber shop? No? Well, get a move on! Gotta keep up with the neighbors.
  17. Looks like a solid draft to me. I don't think Green will be there at 49 but there will be other good edge prospects I'd also be fine with.
  18. I have no objection to bringing back Hilton at the right price. I think he's wearing down, but you could platoon him with Dax to keep him fresh. We know CTB can play better than he did last season, just need the new staff to whip him back into shape. I like Turner, and Newsom and Ivey are decent depth. Battle and Stone make me itchy. I would really, really like a safety. It's another reason they should explore a trade down. An extra second or third would be nice to bolster the secondary.
  19. I have some faint hopes that better coaching and scheming can get more out of Murphy. But I'm not counting on it, and neither should the Bengals.
