They were well within their right to do so and him having drinks in him doesn't make anything right. That made her the aggressor, and Jones' action was a reaction to the initial aggression.He also made the statement that it was probably Jones' fault for using abusive language in the first place (duh), but that he was not the aggressor in any physical way.
