We all know Chad has lost his mind...

...and give us this day our daily Chad, err....bread.

((((sigh)))

The old Chad Johnson isn't coming back.

Ever.

We all know that, right?

So what I want to know is whatever happened to the new Chad we were just introduced to last week? The focused guy. The humble guy. The football player.

Is a single week in June all we're going to see of THAT guy?

That's just his birthmark(s), you guys are hilarious getting all upset.

For the record, I'm not upset. Rather, I find I'm still tired.

And I'm tired because we just morphed from daily yammerings about whether Chad will show up to the now familiar posture of wondering each and every morning what Chad will do today.

Like it or not it seems clear that despite all of the Bengals best efforts Chad can still show up and immediately resume his role as the very public face of this franchise, and regrettably...the face he's putting forward is still that of a clown.

(((sigh)))

Actually, I'm not upset either. I just think it would have funnier than crap if, despite his continuing efforts to get out of Cincy, he had had a Bengals logo tattooed somewhere on there, you know, as a way of 'apologizing' to us fans and his team.

I heard he got a tattoo of a heart on his ass with I <3 M.Brown written inside of it.

Chad just tweeted....the tats are fake. He simply wanted to punk the media.

Then again, who cares whether the were fake or not? And did anyone really need a reminder of how easy it is to manipulate the press?

All I know is this. The distraction was real....and as needless as all of the others.

And all hope of a more mature Fredo quickly fades away.
