If Kimo comes to Cincy, it will seriously turn into the 2001 Riots all over again...

But Possibly Worse! I for one would go downtime myself, and maybe flip MR. Brown's car over.

The writers are just putting his name here just because they think it is funny.

if Kimo came to cinci I think that would kinda show he diden't mean too and wanted to make up for it :P but hes older so I wouldent want him really anyways hes in his 12 year he's been a 3-4 DE for along time so who tells if he would work as a 4-3 tackle

PS,or he could be coming to try screw the bengals and take carson out :o in practice

Let's keep it somewhat real here. Brian Billick can toot Kyle's horn all he wants, but when your QB rating is making Micheal Vick's look good, then there's no denying it...you SUCK! :baby: So I wouldn't be shocked in the least to see Kitna under center for Baltimore the next time we play them. Good for him. He deserve's a shot.

No question Boller :baby: and Kitna would give the Rats a better chance to win games. But even with this from ProFootball Weekly:

Jan. 3, 2006

Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti elected to retain head coach Brian Billick for the 2006 season, a decision that was widely expected by team insiders in recent weeks. Now the focus is on the changes Billick may make as he enters a pivotal eighth year with the club. The way we hear it, it’s unlikely Billick will make sweeping changes to his staff of assistants. Billick indicated he would like offensive coordinator Jim Fassel to return if Fassel doesn’t get a head-coaching opportunity. If Fassel were to leave, QB coach Rick Neuheisel would likely become the offensive coordinator. Fassel works closely with QB Kyle Boller, whose development in the season’s final weeks — his poor Week 17 showing aside — could augur well for his chances of being the starter next season. Billick has repeatedly said the Ravens will evaluate Boller at the end of the season before deciding on his role with the club. The team is expected to seek an experienced veteran to challenge Boller in the offseason. Billick could also be seeking to change his image, according to our Baltimore sources. Billick seemed more humble in the week leading up to Baltimore’s season finale. We’re told Billick may be seeking to combat the perception he’s arrogant. Some Ravens players, according to insiders, believed Billick to be difficult to approach.

Boller will be the starter unless they flat out cut him. Any chatter about Boller competing with free agent vet QB will be lip service to motivate Boller because Billick has already staked it all on Boller at the expense of squandering a great defense. All the change of image yap aside, Billick won't change his tack with Boller, especially with Fassel still there.

Kitna definitely deserves a shot to start somewhere and there'd be something wrong with him if he didn't want that. But he's got a better shot at starting the first 4 games with the Bengals than he does with the Rats, where he would proly be promised a shot to compete only to find himself waiting until mid-season before Billick finally does thrown in the towel on Boller or Boller gets hurt again. If the Bengals don't cough up enough coin to offset the desire Kitna might have to start somewhere else, I'd like to see him go to a team where he'll get a more legit shot to start -- especially one outside of the North so they can't pick his brain.

Even with a hunk of junk like Boller at QB there now, hard to think Kitna would start unless the wheels completely fall off for Boller.

Unless the wheels completely fall off!?! For a QB who was drafted by the Ravens for his alleged prowness as a QB and the accuracy of his arm while in college at Cal, I'd say not only have the wheels fallen off, but the engine's thrown a rod, the battery has shorted, and the plates expired in 2004! :yucky:

As to the probability of Jon going to the Ravens, I belive it's high. BUT...from looking at the stats of all NFL QB's below, I can't see Jon Kitna NOTgetting the starting job against Baltimore's bottom dwelling brace of ball throwing Bozo's!

What do you mean, man? Vick is a Pro Bowler! So by order association, both Boller and Wright are RIGHT THERE for Pro Bowl consideration!

Saw this on NFL.com from Pat Kirwan to all of you Chris Hope fans

Chris Hope: Here's another guy who had a very good Super Bowl and playoff run as a complementary player to All-Pro safety Troy Polamalu in Pittsburgh. As a two-year starter, he has 185 tackles and four interceptions to his credit in that time. The 26-year-old safety already has seven playoff starts under his belt. Look for a division rival to be very interested in him because they know him best of all.

Vick is in the Pro Bowl on the strength of his LEGS, not his pea shootin' arm, and you know it! ^_^
