But if they were to put any 1 of those 3 guys in the booth, they might as well just not have anyone in the booth, because I would guess most people would be muting their tvs anyway....I know I would be. Stripes Posted February 1, 2006 Report Posted February 1, 2006 MNF should try out some former players who won't hold bias or be all around annoying (Theismann/McGuire). Simms and Aikman do a great job on CBS/FOX. I was also impressed with Rich Gannon for the one game I saw him announce. Quote

I know he had to sit out this year because he is going to be with a new station( I dont know which one), and also attending Bengals games by himself. And speaking of former players, how bout Anthony Munoz? He is great during the pre-season games. Or, maybe TO if he doesnt make it this year, he could go to the booth telling everyone how to do situps in your driveway after being kicked off of your team Quote

Living in Chicago I have to put up with Jay every day in the Sun Times- he will never get it since he sabatoged his own radio show a few years back on ESPN. Suzy Kolber and Michelle Tafoya will both work the sidelines.I think this will be a very good crew. I'm not sure what to expect from Kornheiser yet, but I have a feeling he will do very well.
