BengalsMan3203
Furman just said both Cincinnati Papers covered Kearns/Casey today rather then the Bengals vs Browns match up this weekend...Come On! Football in the Nati is back, and with the Reds not going anywhere fast... This is gonna change!
Stripes
That must just be because it is still early in the week. There is only so much analysis that can be given to one football game, so while they save it up for Thursday/Friday, then have no choice but to bore their readers to tears with Reds articles. ShulaSteakhouse
If it's not "controversial" subject matter, or negative in nature as it relates to a losing franchise or season, it doesn't get a lot of air time unfortunately here. The Bengals are "boring" to talk about apparently around here, because they are good - there's no angry middle aged males calling up whining about overpaid athletes and criminals and terrible coaches and players...it apparently makes for much better talk radio these days on ClearChannel. So the Reds and their doldrums get way too much time, personally I am sick of hearing about them, heard it all summer - baseball is hopeless due to it's economics, I just get tired of the dead horse beating.Yet it's the winter meetings and trades are going to happen with major players, so, you can't blame them this week. bengalindian
Yesterday they had a full episode of Baseball Tonight, and they seriously talked about the top free agents over and over again, just with different analysts. It was horrible.
