f. I don't mean to rain on Cincinnati's parade and I'm not going to call them the same old Bengals. But they looked like the same old Bengals to me. That defense needs a backbone. Marvin Lewis better draft a big, two-gapping defensive tackle next April, because he doesn't have a soul to stop the Steelers rush. And to win the AFC North, you'd better be able to do something about the Pittsburgh running game.

I hate to say he's right. Wouldn't you think that Marvin knows what division he is in? He alway's says that they have the guys to do the job on D. I just don't see it. Let's enjoy our playoff run, and hope that by next year they'll get us the DT that they desperately need.

Ditto, a DT or two, and a true 4-3 DE would be a start. Another LB and a SS wouldn't hurt either.

I also wouldn't mind seeing another placekicker if Graham is going to continue with his inconsistent kick-offs and missing anything over 45 yards every other try.

Where that leaves the need for upgrades on the 0-line eludes me, can't address everything in one offseason, but the 0-line is not all that great as some seem to think.

Ouch. I know Graham has some struggles early on this year, but he holds the team record for field goal accuracy, and last year was 3/4 from 50 yards and longer. He'll be okay, give him a chance.

Agreed -- we have a lot of broke things, but I don't think K is one of them. That's the first "Rackers" type shank I can remember from SG.

Rackers type shanks are no longer made by Rackers. Plus, Rackers kicks the ball a mile. I don't care about the missed field goals, he makes enough for me. BUT his kickoffs are absolutlely terrible. The kid that kicked when i was in highschool kicked it within 5 yards of what Shayne does (I subtracted the yardage differences, so the math is correct). BTW, this kid was recruited to play D-1, so its not like he's terrible, but Shayne's kickoffs make me very angry.

Is this JT's last season with the team?

I hope so.

Askew hopefully get's his ass moving and we draft a massive 2 gap DT.

Could rival the likes of stroud and henderson, that's huge hopes.

Yeah, i was just thinking today how useless he must be to not be able to even get active with these crappy ass players in front of him. <_<
