Ox Posted October 11, 2005 Report Posted October 11, 2005 I'm actually suprised that we're still ranked that high. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 Because people don't wanna jump off the bengal bandwagon we did lost, but we were in that game till the very end and it was vs a very good team Quote
bengalindian Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 It's called respect. And the Bengals are getting it. Though I like the Sportsline's the best, because it's the most accurate. Quote
odellthurmanfan Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 Hello, new member here, certainly not new to the Bengals tradition. Love to see us getting so much respect by others around the league, and in the rankings! Hope we can take care of business this Sunday! I hope to god we don't allow the cutback lanes to Chris Brown that we did to Freddie. Quote

I hope to god we don't allow the cutback lanes to Chris Brown that we did to Freddie. Welcome to the board. If we make the same mistakes against Chris Brown that we did againt Fred Taylor, we better hope we can jump to a big lead and kill their running game. Otherwise, that opens everything up for them, and Steve McNair has always enjoyed tearing the Bengals apart. Quote
derekshank Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 Just checked out ESPN's fan rankings. We're still in the top 5 according to the nation as a whole.http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnatio...stranker?id=353 Quote

I expected everyone to drop us off the map after losing our first real big game. It feels good to have so much respect. I have yet to see Whitlock's article, I am sure he won't follow that trend. He knocked us down a good amount. He always has us twice as low as the rest of the pundits. How credible can he be when he calls himself "Dr. Z."? Meh. Quote

I really think New England is only average, but I understand their ranking. Quote
The Big Orange Posted October 13, 2005 Report Posted October 13, 2005 I think this is one of the better ones we've ever donehttp://www.bengalszone.com/power_rankings.php Quote
