turningpoint
Warrick is turning out to be a good cut, I still miss the guy and what he could bring, but even with seattles top 2 wr's out sunday vs the rams. Warrick still can't crack the starting lineup. That means he's the teams 5th wr. Now I know he hasn't had much time ot learn the playbook, but still. I mean c'mon the top 2 wr's are down.I hope he's succesful as the slot wr in 3 wide formations.

HairOnFire
I don't know if it was a smart move to cut Warrick. After all, the guy has a 42 yard per catch average. Just kidding. He hasn't been missed.
andybren
He isn't missed yet. The Seahawks' starting receivers are #3 and #4 in catches, so you'd have to wonder why Holmgren would have signed PDub in the first place. Oh wait, you don't have to wonder any more.Hope we don't find ourselves in the same situation.
BengalBax
You just wait, Warrick will make all of you pay!
Stripes
I hope Warrick goes out and plays well. Even if he manages to put up incredible numbers and make the pro-bowl this season, I wouldn't regret losing him. Henry/Washington is a better fit with this offense, and we have three capable slot receivers already.
andybren
You just wait, Warrick will make all of you pay! What? You sound like Spain with a better command of the language. Thanks for contributing. You can now go back to your day-to-day life as a James Bond villain. For what it's worth, I thought it was a mistake to get rid of Warrick. But now watching the first quarter of the Seahawks game, and seeing Hasselbeck prefer to throw to DJ Hackett ---a guy who had ZERO career catches going into the game--- and I wonder if PDub's career isn't over. Ox
Well it says something when a teams 1 & 2 recievers go down and you're STILL not starting. I am confident in Marvins decisions.

redsfan2
When coach Lewis took over the team, one of the first things that was noticed and commented on here on the board, was that he had a real knack for knowing who to keep and who to deep six. Carries over to game day ... knowing who to play and who to sit ..... ex KWash and Chris Henry.
RedsFan75
Looks like he's been taken off punt/kick return duty as well.Article in the recent Sporting News that goes through Coaching decesions during a game and it focuses on Holmgren. It mentions the punt returns by Warrick, and how on the first 2 punt returns he goes laterally instead of up the field. Holmgren asks his ST coach, "Was he supposed to do that?" and you are lead to believe that the ST practice was straight ahead. So it mentions Holmgren benching PWub.Here's the link to the article on-linehttp://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=23507Look for GAME CLOCK: 08:58QUARTER:
