WhoDey93285 Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 Maybe this will spark our explosion. Quote
schweinhart Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 Gotdamn. The bengals only had 3 drives in 1st half.Field position needs to swing the other way in 2nd half to give a little breathing room.O-line has done great w/o Braham and Moore. Hats off to Steinbach and Kooistra.Still time for a pick here if Texans don't puss out. Quote
Username Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 yeah i just came back and saw the score and wow, 3-3? i didnht think it would be that close, but the bengals seem to be doing good, touchdown, this hopefully will put there momentum up Quote
schweinhart Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 Way too long to take time out. That took 6 seconds. Quote

DC_Bengals_Fan Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 Hey, they called offensive PI and I think I saw Chad start arguing the call before he realized he wasn't in the game. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 If madieu is out for the jags game that will make me sadSo bucket heads hurt too:( poor braham Quote
Columbusbengal Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 One of the things people tend to forget is that one of the reasons we got off to a 1-4 start was because Braham was injured at the beginning of the year. He is the key to the whole offense. Quote
JPW Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 We need to put together a long drive to kick off the 2nd haft and cap it off with another touchdown. Quote
Username Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 10-3 at half, more firepower next half and we will win, i dont think that were gonna lose anyway, and it sucks we have no interceptions yet Quote

HoosierCat Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 Great work by Steinbach under pressure; good job getting the TD.Not too upset over the last 0:08, wasn't really a big chance to score.Killing ourselves with penaltties, sure they will hear about that in the locker room. Not good to see Carr having so much success rolling out and scrambling. Does not bode well for stopping Cheelisburger... Quote
jonf45uk Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 i hope we play better in the 2nd,cos this could get very uglycan anyone stop the run?? Quote
schweinhart Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 The Bengals will have to go w/ Perry and JJ in backfield and pass most of the time out of 2 WR set w/ TE. It's gonna be a helluva lot easier for Steinbach and Kooistra to block in pass than try to do run schemes. Quote

jonf45uk Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 we've looked good passing, just must get rid of all the penalties!!! Quote
Columbusbengal Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 Is Rudi hurt, too?The worse thing that can happen to a team is to lose both the first and second string player at a given position. If you only have two injuries on the whole team and it's your first and second string LT or QB or center, you can be in trouble. Ask the Jets We have a lot of depth on this team, but no team has enough depth to replace a first and second string player at the same position.Does anyone think these refs are a bit whistle happy? There seem to be way too many penalties on both sides. Quote
Kazkal Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 after past 3 weeks their have been alot of BS calls..willie offsides?(viking game) he never even moved Quote
DC_Bengals_Fan Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 OK, these guys are supposed to have a terrible O-line...where's our rush? Quote
alleycat Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 we don't have one. Never have. And unlike the other QB's we've faced, carr isn't forcing anything to give us the picks weve been getting. This is exactly the scenario I've worried about. We are in deep Sht without madieu Quote
