Stripes Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Nice. I didn't think he'd even be in the top 5. Quote
skyline Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Very cool Would have liked to see Chris Henry on the best of the rest list... Quote
redsfan2 Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Very cool Would have liked to see Chris Henry on the best of the rest list... He keeps making catches like that 36 yarder and he'll be there soon enough. Quote
turningpoint Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 well tihs list if kinda retarded.cause they award 2 rookie of the year award one for defense and one for offense. So as of right now Odell is winning ahead of Derrick Johnson and The raider LB.Odell needs to continue to impress. The_Next_Big_Thing Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 By the end of the season, Odell will be the defensive rookie of the year. Lets hope, for our offense's sake, that Chris Henry can win Offensive rookie of the year. But, it's going to be near impossible to beat out Cadillac the way he's playing. Quote
teenbengal14 Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Tab Perry made the honorable mention list for kickoff return David Pollack too Quote
Columbusbengal Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Unlike Madieu Williams last year, Odell is being noticed because the Bengals are off to a good start. Quote
Stripes Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Tab Perry made the honorable mention list for kickoff return David Pollack too I'll admit, I thought giving up Russell for Tab Perry would be a mistake. Perry has looked excellent returning the ball so far, and he has given the special teams a spark in coverage as well. I'm not sure he has the speed or elusiveness to break any touchdown returns without great blocking, but then again, neither did Russell. As for Pollack, I do think he deserves to make the list (but where is Chris Henry?). He hasn't compiled big numbers, and has been penalized a few times, but I have seen him improve week by week, and looked good in Chicago. I expect him to jump into the top ten on that list after this week, when the sack parade shall begin. Quote
