From last Tuesday's edition Peter King's quote

"If the Bengals go to 3-0 at Soldier Field, I'm going to have to politely request a reservation on your bandwagon"

I just emailed him with the following, (he mentioned living in Mt. Washington and shopping at Beechmont Mall last week).

"I also spent years in Anderson/Mt. Washington shopping at Beechmont Mall... and I've now scootched over, so there is room on the bandwagon. Jump aboard now, there's been plenty of room for the last 12-15 years, but we're filling up fast. I look forward to a few positive Bengal comments instead of the weekly Peter thrashings (not saying they weren't deserved previously). Gotta go, lines are forming now for playoff tix! Who Dey!?!"

I like his writing, but am sick of him bashing the Bengals every turn he takes.

As soon as we lose our first game (assuming we ever lose ) King will dive off of the bandwagon and look for reasons to slide us down his rankings 15 slots.

After the way he has been bashing the Bengal's all year, I think he needs to come up something more then just a request. A "mea culpa" is not enough for me. He should get on his knees and bow down chanting "I'm not worthy" until he passes out from exhaustion. Then maybe I would consider allowing him the privilege to jump on the bandwagon.
