Spain Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 Ok Bengaldom preseason is over we saw it , did you change your opinion on how many games we would win. Im a lil disapointed so I think 9-7 and no playoffs! Whats your thoughts? However I hope Im wrong! Quote
Stripes Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 10-6Possibly winning the division, more than likely a wild card berth. Quote
Bengal_Brad Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 Schedule: Browns (twice), Vikings, Bears, Texans, Jags, Titans, Steelers (twice), Packers, Ravens (twice), Colts, Lions, Bills, and Chiefs.Honestly I don't see them losing 6. Sweep Browns, split with rest of division (4-2), "should be wins" Bears, Texans, Titans, Lions, Packers and Jags (10-2). Could go either way: Bills, Chiefs, Vikings (lets say they are 1-2 with these ---- 11-4). Will be pumped if the Bengals win: Colts (11-5).11-5 we win division. Quote

I wouldn't put Jacksonville in that category either. Our season will ride on how we play against the scrub teams. Quote
Stripes Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 19 Perhaps you meant 19-0? Did I miss something? Quote

The Big Orange Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 During the regular season...11-5They will lose one other at home and 2 away, one of them a stupid one.The will win the division and lose to the Pats in the AFC Championship game.Even if this doesn't happen, isn't it funner to predict they will do well than do lousy, I mean in your own mind? Indycat Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 19 AgreedCan't see a game on the schedule where I can say "that will definitely be a loss". Quote
HoosierCat Posted September 5, 2005 Report Posted September 5, 2005 19AgreedCan't see a game on the schedule where I can say "that will definitely be a loss". Hey, it's week 0, so WTF, eh? Besides, the Bengals have been down so long...the law of averages has to kick in sometime, right? Quote
bengalsLB Posted September 5, 2005 Report Posted September 5, 2005 we start at 5-5 but we get hot down the stretch win our last 6 gameswin our first playoff game then we get knocked out Quote
Stripes Posted September 5, 2005 Report Posted September 5, 2005 we start at 5-5 but we get hot down the stretch win our last 6 gameswin our first playoff game then we get knocked out Yikes, I hope not. I'd rather have a fast start with a slow finish to get me a playoff birth. But then again, I don't get to pick do I? Quote
JPW Posted September 5, 2005 Report Posted September 5, 2005 3-13 if Palmer starts.............................................."I'LL KICK YOUR ASS BAX"So does this mean that you will stfu about Palmer, as soon as we Win our Fourth Game ? Quote

I'd rather have the good period come early, just to solidify the playoff spot. A good team wouldn't let a slow finish affect it's performance in a playoff game. Quote
Spain Posted September 5, 2005 Author Report Posted September 5, 2005 I just cant see a wild card in our divsion it sucks but its true. We have to win the north this year or not make it. Quote
