Dadraftnick
Profootballtalk.com says that the Bears are trying to get the Bengals to trade them John Kitna. It says the Bengals are saying no, but with the right price who knows. If Palmer and Bramlet had been playing a little better the Bengals might have been more interested. ackley1
we'd have to be insane to trada kit.
CantStop85
I would only consider trading if the package included a good defensive tackle or a good strong safety. Screw draft picks, we're playing to win this year, not next.

mtmeece
You might want to rethink this preseason before considering any kind of trade for Kitna.
Stripes
The Bengals would want more than the Bears would ever give to give up Kitna. Having two passable starting quarterbacks is a huge advantage, and the Bengals don't want to lose that for nothing.
Humanzee 5000
Funny thing about this whole thread, is that on my Madden 05 game, Kitna has been the starting QB for Chicago for 6 seasons now.I just wonder if he had any input, is he happy here or would he rather be starting in Chicago? I know it sounds dumb, but he has a lot of personal reason to stay here. Kids, the area, his wife n s**t.Who knows? Definently none of us! Columbusbengal
I was unable to watch the game after Palmer was taken out. Did Kitna even play in last night's game or did they just want to evaluate the third-string QBs??
MARVIN=W'S
They need Kitna here in the worst way. He is a huge part of the Bengals play off hopes.

LABengalsFan09
You mean Bears Safety Mike Brown??????I think you wrote green because you are envious of the Bears that they have him. I can't say I blame you...

I can't say I blame you... Nope, I did not.Mike Brown is the free safety. Mike Green is the strong safety. Although I'd take Mike Brown anyday if he would move to strong safety. DontTakeAkili
I was unable to watch the game after Palmer was taken out. Did Kitna even play in last night's game or did they just want to evaluate the third-string QBs?? Even though I am trying to block out the entire game, I can report that Kitna played one or two quick series before Bramlet took over. He played the end of the 3rd quarter. As with the rest of the team, I use the word "played" VERY liberally.
Spain
I couldnt find it anywhere! However if A guy like Kitna signs accepts his role and you trade him, you will never get another free agent here again. UhOH There goes gravity!
