alleycat
I know NFL Network is airing their no huddle tonight, which will flip between the four games playing this evening. It will show only key plays I can't bear the thought of missing any plays. Does that mean I have to wait until Saturday at 3 to see the game. Are there any other alternatives. What about season ticket on directTV? with superfan? Should I just plug my ears and lock myself in a closet until tomorrow, or suck it up and listen to a webcast from the radio with No Huddle and then rewatch tomorrow? Any other alternatives? rizzy
Those are your only options unless you have a columbus or cincy tv feed.
bengalindian
If youre in Cincinnati, Channel 12 is airing it at 11:35 PM tonight...which is perfect, because I have to work until then.
membengal
Yup. Gotta survive on only highlights and wait until tomorrow. My night:Sit by computer listening to 1360 feed. When something good happens, dash to TV to see if it makes the NFL Network highlights show dealie. Try to remember not to run over 4-year-old who really deserves better in life than being flattened by his Bengals obsessed father.
rizzy
I am taking it the only reason they are showing the game at 11:30 in cincy is because they want people to be at the game instead of staying at home and watching it live on tv? eclipse99t
This is not about the game on T.V., but does anybody know how early you have to get to the game if you're going? It starts at 7:30, so I was thinking about being there around 6:30, but since this is my first game, I really have no idea whether that'll give me enough time.I'm pumped. :player:
rizzy
That will give you plenty of time.

The reason they can't show the game live in cincinnati is due to the NFL's viewing policy. (Unless it's a sellout...) Otherwise, i think channel 12 probably would show it live. BENGALSFAN85
Guys how much is nfl network a month?
alleycat
Unfortunately, you can't just order the channel. It has to come with your cable provider. I live in NYC, and we are also under the stranglehold of Time Warner's monopoly (GO free market system!). The only way to get NFL Network here is through Direct TV, which carries it as part of its basic package. I'm guessing it's the same in Cincy. Sorta sucks, but once you have direct TV, especially if you live outside of the home market, you might as well foot the extra $200 (per season) for the Sunday Ticket - without which I'd go insane. I used to go to bars that had it to watch, but I kept getting drunk and throwing my mug at those big plasma screens, and well, the $200 per season started to look pretty cheap.I propose that the entire Bengalszone membership get together a group letter and send it to Time Warner to pick up the damn channel (the only problem, I fear, is that direct TV has signed some kind of exclusive with the NFL and that's the only way to get it - that damned free market system again!). But it makes me wonder, given that the city of cincy just footed those hundreds of millions of dollars to keep the bengals, don't we have some kind of right to see our team play. Are there any diehard bengal-fan lawyers on this board? Sign me up for the class action lawsuit!
