HairOnFire
Let's play a little game of who-dat. I think Andre' Davis is better than Peter Warrick, who btw just so happens to be yet another Bengal player I've never seen play. I also think the award winning Cleveland Brown website is better than the Bengals website, though I've never bothered looking at it. Amazingly, after reading lengthy articles about the Bengals I make sure I write responses that mention the fact that I have no opinion. I thought it was very sad when Modell moved HIS team to a better city. Thus, I'd love to have your pity. Please? Pretty please? I admit I have no reason to be here, but not even a Brown fan can stand to be around other Brown fans OR bother discussing yet another Brown team that has no chance to win. I'm very interested in which of you might be gay. Seriously. Very interested indeed. Last, amongst Cleveland Brown fans I are considered the smarts one. So now that you know a few important things about me....who am I?
BengalszoneBilly
You should have done it? The name used to be "WhoGay?" by the way. Go hang out with Membengal or something and figure out how you will get into Boomer's pants.Since I won't be able to make it to Palm Springs or the Jersey Shore, I thought for my own pagan holiday I'd go log onto the nearest Browns fan site, post 300 messages in 2 weeks, defend the ideas of the least-sensible member, and try not to get my feelings hurt. And when that fails, I'll just start calling everybody f*gs. Yepp, I called everyone fags, sorry for defending someone it won't ever happen again I swear. Good enough for me "Who." And if any of you do feel the urge, satisfy it in the smack forum.

In other words, no more picking on the dumb guy because he's a guest here. Seems fair enough. That said, what is this smack substance of which you speak? So now that you know a few important things about me....who am I? Andre Davis is better than Peter Warrick, I watch him play usually twice a year (I wonder why). Peter Warrick was top ten pick that never panned out, get over it.Since the website IS award winning why would I want to go to the Bengals website? Yeah, the Bengals site must be better, it has to be, it only makes sense right?I love reading long articles and then typing a sentence to express my opinion, once again, get over it.Please, everyone, notice me and feel sorry for me because my team was moved. This is exactly what I want and pretty much my only purpose on this board, I want pity!Constantly I admit to having no reason of being here, I'm here to just be here because well, that only makes sense too. It's not like I post on the Browns website or anything, I'd never do that.I'm openly gay and I come to this board searching for a lover, any takers? With all that being said, stop being a dick. DontPushMe
Who dont sweat it i think HairOnFire has some emotional or personality problems or somethin like that. He thinks making fun of people over the internet makes him cool. Id just ignore him if i were you. Show you are the bigger man, its not hard when dealing with him.Oh and watch, in response to this hes going to make a post making fun of me in some non original and childish way. I cant wait! walshfan
I very much doubt a holdout will happen. If I remember correctly, the Bengals always do a good job of staying safely under the cap, so there will be money to spare, and if he performs the way he is expected to, my guess is we give him a new contract before he even threatens a hold-out. Mike Brown has been more than happy to tear up ML's contract and extend it two consecutive years now. If Chad continues to bea top 5 WR, he'll get his money. First logical post about the chad situation Ive read....I would assume the Bengals will find a way to keep their boy....

He thinks making fun of people over the internet makes him cool. Id just ignore him if i were you. I agree. In fact, I think both of you should ignore me. Seriously Who?, give it a try. I won't mind. In fact, Pushy repeatedly claims he's ignoring me, but it's so hard to tell if that's true since he responds so often. It seems to work like this with him. He writes a couple of responses and then...right before he disappears for awhile...he writes one more that informs the world that he's now ignoring me. Lather, rinse, repeat. I admit it's confusing, but there you go. But before you decide on your new strategy you should know that I'm not going to ignore either one of you. But not because picking on the likes of you makes me cool. I do it because I think both of you have asked for it and I really enjoy doing it. Honest. alleycat
Ok how much you think he is worth? Id say pay him he is a difference maker. Ok so whats his trade value(sacraledge) but he might be worth a couple of first rounders IMHO. so maybe with all the wr we have improve(Henry) we might see a situation that he might get dealt. Especialy if a long holdout gets ugly. IMHO Remeber Takeo and Dillon?SHUT THE f**k UP ABOUT LETTING CHAD LEAVE YOU UNGRATEFUL ILLITERATE PIECE OF s**t! I don't know who you are or what your problem is, but please lay off Spain. He may be from another country, may be illierate, may even be an UNGRATEFUL PIECE OF s**t, but why is it that EVERY TIME he posts, you respond with such rage? Still smarting about Franco's victory in the Civil War? Personal attacks? C'mon this is only football we're talking about - over the internet -- in the OFFSEASON --- and most of us aren't even drunk... Bury the hate, bro.And if you don't, I'd say the mods should give you the boot.
redsfan2
And if you don't, I'd say the mods should give you the boot. The patience of this group of mods is almost limitless. One member has gone so far as to berate Terry on His Own Site. Now that's just poor taste and bad manners ..... but he's still here. Severely warned I hope but still here. Overall, I agree with their approach. This would be nowhere near the site it is without the freedom of expression that is routine here and severely lacking at other sites. But that's just me.And No Billy I don't want your beer!

HairOnFire
Your obsession with "noting" the things that I do is a little scary, you think I'm just going to ignore you? First you did the gay thing, and now you've used the stalker angle. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever read a truly original response from the likes of you. That said, taking the time to write a post that says you have no opinion IS a rare form of stupidity, and probably represents the most creative and honest post you're capable of writing. Props. joseph
UH OH!!!! On second thought this could get ugly next offseason. I think this situation isn't so cut and dry as it first appeared to me. I think if it was a situation between Chad Johnson and Mike Brown there wouldn't be any problem at all with reworking his deal next offseason. If it were Chad, Mike and any other agent in the world besides Rosenthal I don't think there would be a problem reworking his deal next offseason. Mikey Brown while he's alway been loyal to his players is a hard liner. He always has stood up and fought tooth and nail to what he feels is in the best interest of the football league, and you can bet he is not a fan of Rosenthal and the havoc he bringing to the NFL. You can bet he won't screw around with Rosenthal, and Rosenthal would be wise to understand that Mike Brown isn't the person he really wants to butt heads with over this on this issue. Mikey is about as stubborn as they come, and I don't see Drew's B.S. going over too well with him. The sad part is that if Mikey and Drew end up butting heads Chad will be the one to pay the price. As much as it would probably hurt Mikey Brown personally and in business terms to screw Chad over, not renogiate his deal, and let him sit out I really don't see him playing any games with Rosenthal. He just won't.. He doesn't think it's right, and Brown won't be the one to set such a precedent. This has the makings of a giant game of chicken with two cars barreling towards eachother, and Chad Johnson is standing in the middle of them. Chad any other agent and your deal gets renegotiated next....Rosenthal is carrying to much baggage. I fear that you may end up being the big gambling chip in a showdown between the owners and Rosenthal and really something you don't want any part of... membengal
Actually, Rosenhaus and the Bengals negotiators have gotten along fairly well over the years. It's simple, when Evil Incarnate comes looking to re-negotiate Chad's contract next spring, either the Bengals will be receptive to that or they won't. Past history with Evil Incarnate (even though good) won't have any bearing on that. Whether it will benefit the team to re-negotiate at that time will be what decides it.
