Noticed one thing that coach Lewis said ..... almost as an afterthought or a slip of the tongue. When talking about the browns running game, he said we ran into a guy who had some speed and was able to run away from the defense as our guy has .. Rudi has been able to on a couple of occassions. It was interesting how it just kind of popped out .... our guy Rudi. He had said earlier that he didn't have to make a decision about Dillon, because Dillon was still under contract. After this slip, it sounded like the decision has been made. He also went on to say that signing Rudi had to be one of our priorities in the off season. Said he admired his performance ... how he handled the challenge ... his demeanor etc. etc. Between what coach Lewis was saying, and what was being said in the locker room, I agree that Dillon won't be back even if they have to cut him. Thing is though, I don't think it'll come to that. I think there are several teams that are going to be willing to take a chance on Dillon. Jeeez ...... look how many people hired Jeff George.
