HairOnFire
I just pulled my latest issue of Playboy out of the mailbox...I buy it for the articles...and the airbrushed photos of nude women wearing sailor suits...and thought I'd pass along a few quick thoughts since this months issue includes their yearly NFL noodling. Bengal related nuggets... The Bengals are predicted to finish second in the AFCN behind the hated Steelers. That's good enough for a wild card berth. Despite reaching the playoffs the Bengals won't win the Super Bowl. Instead, it's the Eagles turn to beat Bill Cowher in the big game. Nice. That said, the Bengals are described as being a "team with a plan". Doesn't every team have a plan? This months centerfold is freakin' incredible, but much to me ever lasting disappointment this months Dirty Duck cartoon is average at best. I wouldn't say that's a wash, but there you go. Willie Anderson makes the All-Playboy team. Odd, he does so as a guard. I'd complain, but he's the only Bengal player to make the cut. Lawrence Taylor picks the Bengals as this years Cinderella team. And so does Troy Aikman. The analysis claims Carson needs to cut down his interceptions. Brilliant stuff. It is noted that last years Bengal defense gave up 207 more points than Marvin's 2000 Raven squad. Seems almost impossible, right? Last, after a great deal of thought I've come to a conclusion at last. I like 'em shaved.
cincyhokie
That said, the Bengals are described as being a "team with a plan". Doesn't every team have a plan?I like 'em shaved.Sure they do, but the Bengals old plan was to put a bunch of decent talent on the field with bad coaching and little motivation. Then to "just hope that it works out."What resulted was a football "country club". Not a team. There was no will to win or any expectation to win. That's a pretty poor plan. Hell, speaking of plans, what is the Reds plan? Anyone?I like em shaved too

HairOnFire
Wrapping this one up. The highlites that I posted are all taken from the multiple blurbs and sidebar pieces attached to the main article...which I hadn't read yet. I can now add that the article claims the elite franchise QB has once again become so prominent and common in the NFL that the idea of a journeyman QB winning a championship is no longer credible. No more chances of a Dilfer or Johnson holding the trophy aloft. Instead, if your team doesn't have a proven QB of Brady, Manning, or McNabb status you have no shot to advance to the Super Bowl. But don't make the mistake of ruling out the franchise quality QB who isn't proven yet because these are the articles last words. "If Brady can win a Super Bowl at the age of 24, don't rule out Roethlisberger at 23, Palmer at 26 or even Eli Manning at 25. One of these young QBs might have a date with destiny on February 5, when Super Bowl XL kicks off in Detroit." Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention this months centerfold turn-offs? Stinkers and lima beans.

not-another
I can tell you all are guys. Shaving itches really, really, really, bad. And it hurts if you knick yourself "down there". I like scottish's theory. Women should be able to go hairy, and it should be considered "sexy".

If women want to go hairy, then good for them, but that's just not for me, lol.
HairOnFire
Now I find that just because I added four careless words to a football related post...another thread has gone hopelessly off the rails...resulting in my undesired learning of a Brownie fan deliberately shaving his bubble & squeak. I blame myself.
