BengalszoneBilly
Granted, some of these guy's won't even make the team, but you never know, so I'm throwing the lot of them out there. If I leave any out, please say so, and I'll correct it.Ain't it GRRRRRREAT!?!

WHO DEY AGAIN?
I can't believe I 'm agreeing with Jditty but if he can come back 100% he can't be touched.

membengal
I don't understand the confusion. ML and the huge contract he just paid to Tj says hi.TJ is the #2 WR. Warrick is the #3 receiver in the slot if he can come back. The Bengals are better for it. But Warrick's time as a #2 on this club is done. That's OK, Warrick fans, he can still be phenomenal in the #3 role, but it's time to face facts on this one.
Kazkal
1.)Chad Johnson acourse 1400+2.)Houshmandzadeh/warrick close 800-10003.)wash 500-600yards inless he is cut then give it to henry4.)henry 300-500 yards
BengalszoneBilly
Sorry, but TJ doesn't know YAC! :player:If ANYONE doesn't know YAC, it's freakin' Chad Johnson dude! He hit's his knees after the catch quicker than any hooker I've ever seen!...Notice how many tacklers are all over CJ!?! Let me help you count. NONE!! Yet he's got great numbers. It's all about making the catch. PERIOD!Oh...was it just that one pic? Yeah, I'm sure it was: Oops! That one he didn't, but it was so sweet I had to add it! :player: Now back to our regular programming. We join "Stumbling/Bumbling Chad" in progress! WHO DEY AGAIN?
But he can catch the long ball. Tj, on the other hand, can not. BTW, I'm hopeful Pdub can find his way back. He had no business playing against the s**t stains 2 years ago but he did. FYI, that was right after the knife!
walkthechalk
Definitely Warrick. He's just incredible after the catch, and I will probably never forget his play against the chiefs in 03!
BengalszoneBilly
But he can catch the long ball. Tj, on the other hand, can not.So it's all about the distance the ball is thrown, and not the catching ability of the receiver!?!? I'm gonna go have to pour me another bourbon on the rocks to make any sense out of that one! C'mon WHO DEY. I'm a tough sell. If you're gonna sell me something, make it plausible, otherwise I'd be sitting next to you in school on a Sunday.
brian5562
TJ. He might have the best hands on the team. His route running is improving and he looks bigger. He knows YAC, he may not be quick like PW but he breaks tackles. I am hoping for big years from both he and PW if so we will be one hell of a team to beat come playoff time. CantStop85
P-dub will amass 1,000 receiving yards while TJ will amass 1,001. Therefore, TJ is our winner. On a more serious note, TJ will be the second leading receiver for the Bengals this season. He'll get more balls than Warrick because he'll be playing the 2 spot. Warrick has yet to get more than 900 receiving yards in a season and now it will be more difficult with TJ starting over him from day one. But, hey there's plenty of balls to go around for everyone. BengalsOwn
Sorry, but TJ doesn't know YAC! :player: TJ doesn't know YAC?He knows that just as much as Peter Warrick knows TFL.
BengalsOwn
Definitely Warrick. He's just incredible after the catch, and I will probably never forget his play against the chiefs in 03! That's all Peter Warrick has in his career, one good game against the Chiefs.
The Big Orange
Why is everybody thinking that Carson is going to be so much better this year than he was last year?...largely because he was really pouring it on during the last games he had a QB rating of over 100 against some really good D's.If we take that same logic and look at the last 5 games of the season, TJ posted 494 yards to Chad's 364 and caught for more yards in every single game of the last 5.It is not inconceivable that TJ beats Chad out this year. If we look at Indy, most people would say that Marvin is their best receiver, but he didn't have the most yards. In fact, if Stokely would have had 34 more yards Marvin would have been 3rd.TJ has Chad's constant deep threat working for him, really consistent hand (fewer drops then Chad, both of them suck in YAC, along with being the best route runner on the team IMHO. Kazkal
True that, though mybe if TJ starts getting higher stats other teams will double team chad less.(one could hope)
jonf45uk
if warrick gets the nod above tj he'll have to have a big season as he's owed one for so long, otherwise he could be gone next year. hopefully all 3 will have 1000 yard seasons!! walshfan
Im looking for 1200-1400 yards out of Chad.I dont think Warrick is going to be a factor in the offense this season..I think his time has come and gone with the knee and leg injuries...I see TJ getting over 1000 yards ( what's that 72 a game? sure..)Henry and Washington will combined for over 1000 as well.... cincy9275
i say warrick. it's a contract year and he fells like he has something to prove. providing he is 100% healthy
ArmyBengal
You can say Warrick all you want, but he can't get on the field now and no one knows if he's going to be able to at full speed later. If he does, is he going to be able to do the things he did in 03 with the injuries ?? I'm very apprehensive to call on Warrick for anything at this point. If healthy and no problems, then maybe, but have to think Chad and TJ will be neck and neck this year. WHODEY !!!
UK Bengal
Sorry, but TJ doesn't know YAC! I do believe you should go and get the 14 days free trial of fieldpass and watch the giants game and the browns game then tell us again if TJ doesnt know YAC
CantStop85
TJ had 4.7 YAC, more than any other Bengals wide receiver besides Peter Warrick (who only had 11 receptions). He was 12th among receivers with more than 800 receiving yards. (Chad had 3.0 YAC.)
DontPushMe
I don't understand the confusion. ML and the huge contract he just paid to Tj says hi. Read this post as many times as it takes for it to get through to your head. ML has nothing to do with contracts. He didnt pay TJ a cent, it all came from mike brown & co.TJ will be 2nd barring injury (or an huge breakout by kwash or henry, which isnt out of the question), thats why hes the #2 receiver with the #2 receiver contract. My vote is TJ though.
Kazkal
Well there should be no problem with 3 receivers getting big numbers, sense they plan on starting out games with 3.
