LABengalsFan09
I'd pull O'Dwyer thru the 4 hole and run Dillon on a draw play. Why remind us all of that!!!!!!
TecmoFever
So far I really like the fake field goal idea--they'd never see it coming when we're down five. You could also think about a fake punt in this situation. However, I think that the best play possible would be a flea-flicker or possibly Jeremi Johnson diving over the top of the pile for three yards. If all else fails, maybe a fade to Reggie Kelly?
cincy9275
kinda of a dumb poll don't ya think it is a question you really can't answer

You must not win too many games playing "ESPN" or "Madden." The ONLY thing I would think would be FAKE!
LABengalsFan09
What's dumb about it? Wouldn't be great to be the offensive coordinator of the team? Here's a scenario and you can give your opinion on your own philosophy. Who's the dumb one?
OSUBengal
toss one to Henry and let him show off his leaping ability.
chrishcovga
4 WRs open up the middle for a Kenny Watson TD on draw. The Defense would expect that. Widening the field would make the Defense focus on the middle of the o-line. However - mis-direction, inside the 5-yard line would catch everyone off guard. 0 00^00 0 0 0 0 0 ------------------------------------- Open the play in this formation. then move to the JOkers Left Trips right X00^00 0 0 0 0 0 -- In this formation Chad becomes the X, ------------------------------------------------------------------- Then the Motion( Pre-Snap) X00^00 0 O <---0 0 0Now you see Warrick in Motion, Chad Runs the out, Bobbie Williams pulls left, Henry is now the slot ( T.J. possibly ) Kelley Washington and T.J. both run slants (trailing the middle) KW takes the deeper position pulling the safeties towards the right, allowing for Henry or T.J. to run underneath against the linebackers.Perry can then crack down on the Left End or take a pattern to the right forcing the middle of the endzone to be vacated.Warrick now has several options. Throw to Chad on the out, T.J. or Henry coming underneath the middle, or simply run it in from about the 5 or 6 yard line. yes I know it, but it's legal, and it won't be expected inside the 5 yard line. HairOnFire
Under the scenario described, 4th down from the 3 with .03 remaining and trailing by 5, I'd call a QB sprint option right....the old Montana to Clark pass play. Let the QB run it in if the path looks open or if a pass is desired check out the designated first option, the corner fade. If that's covered the crossing route that Clark actually ran should open up a beat later as a 2nd option. BTW, I've actually heard Bill Walsh claim that NFL teams use sprint option right in the redzone on 3rd down scoring attempts more than 3 times as often as all other plays combined. Damn...when you quote box the formation, the x and o's line up right I likey. But not sure about pulling Williams. Can he get there from here?Sounds like you got 5 WRs in there (12 men on the field ) but I see you're saying either Henry or Housh. Can't see Housh not in and K-Dub in though. In any event, 4 WRs spreads the field and creates lots of excellent options. Who Dey :player: But please...refrain from utilitizing 2-carry Perry in any play until he does something -- anything -- to show he'll ever play a down again
