How many games will the Bengals win?

The list doesn't go up to 23?

4 Preseason games

16 regular season games &

3 playoff games

=23 wins

I didn't think about the pre season, but I was thinking 19.

I don't see anyone on the schedule we can't beat and I'm not willing to concede a loss before playing the games.

I said 10 wins. I think the Ravens will dominate the division, Steelers will have an off year, and the Browns will suck!

Bengals will get in as a wild card!

With all due respect what makes the Ravens so good? Their touchdown maker is in jail right now, Boller sucks, Ray Ray ain't the same, and Billick is an ass. I don't get why people think they are that good. They were 9-7 last year and what did they do over the offseason that makes them improved?

9-7 and they get one of the two wild cards in the AFC.

Something tells me we aren't gonna get the wildcard in the AFC this year with 9-7.

That said...

WIN at Cleveland they're rebuilding

Sun. Sept. 11, 1:00 p.m.

WIN MINNESOTA

Sun. Sept. 18, 1:00 p.m. should be a hell of a game but we should sweep the NFC.

WIN at Chicago lol

Sun. Sept. 25, 1:00 p.m.

WIN HOUSTON We have Houston's number don't we

Sun. Oct. 2, 1:00 p.m.

LOSS at Jacksonville Their QB may be fat and dumb, but that D is still pretty good.

Sun. Oct. 9, 8:30 p.m.

WIN at Tennessee I'd almost rather face the Titans than the Volunteers (not really)

Sun. Oct. 16, 1:00 p.m.

LOSS PITTSBURGH I just have a gut feeling that they are going to sweep us.

Sun. Oct. 23, 1:00 p.m.

WIN GREEN BAY Their whole team is going to be in court, and it's not like they had a defense to begin with.

Sun. Oct. 30, 1:00 p.m.

LOSS at Baltimore Should be a good game, I might go see this one.

Sun. Nov. 6, 1:00 p.m.

---BYE WEEK---

LOSS Sun. Nov. 13

We Will Not Lose To Cleveland This Year !

We will however split against Pitt and Baltimore going 4-2 in the Division.

Wins over

Indy,GreenBay,Detroit,Chicago,Kansas City,Houston,Tennessee,Balt.,Pitts.,Cleveland twice = 11

Losses to Baltimore in Baltimore, in Pittsburgh, in Jacksonville,Buffalo, and home with Minnesota.

* I don't see us losing to the Colts at home in November, on grass !!

We'll make the playoffs, Pittsburgh will be the third place team this year. Baltimore will be a runner up to us this year. Cleveland will be at the top of the draft boards again next year !

We will host a home playoff game, but will have to travel in the Division game, where our season will end.

Final record, 12 and 6. B)

I'm sticking with 8 wins for now. I can see them going as high as 12 if everything goes perfectly...but it rarely does. Carson Palmer -- he of the 12 NFL starts -- still has a lot of growing up (and screwing up) to do. Pollack and Odell (if Thurman even makes it onto the field ahead of Landon and possibly Webster) are great talents but also rookies, and will almost certainly get burned as often as they make plays. And other than them the D is virtually the same as last year's pedestrian unit.

The schedule does indeed look easier than last year's -- a plus. But two points: first, last year can be decieving. Everyone here that thought SD was going to the playoffs last year, raise your hand. Second, as far as the division is concerned, Pitt, Baltimore and Cleveburg play almost the same sked. Whatever teams end up to be bums, it's likely they'll get the same chance to beat up on them as we do.

In the end, it's going to come down to the division, as usual. And I don't think we've done enough to leapfrog the Steelers and Ravens. Here's hoping I'm wrong. :player:
