WhoDey93285 Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 I want Spencer. We need a freakin center. Rich is going to croke in the middle of a play one of these days (God Forbid). Quote
AGrizzlyBaer Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 spencer or maybe get one of the safetys Quote
membengal Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Spencer/Bass/Crowder or a S that has fallen. Quote
DontPushMe Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 someone will fall, cant call it yet, there will be at least a few 1st round talent players who fall, maybe marlin jackson or even heath miller Quote
BeyondTheJungle Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Chris Spencer is the obvious choice. What about a speedy WR who can also return kicks? Terrance Murphy (Texas A&M)It would be nice if Brodney Pool slipped down to the mid-2nd. Quote
membengal Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Cripes, forget Spencer, he just went to Seattle in the frickin' first round. Wow. Quote
IckeyShuffle Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 yeah, figured spencer wouldn't last.as a buckeye fan i hate to say this, but let's get one of the wolverine solid players.Baas or Jackson. Quote
andybren Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Strong safety. Not tight end. Not center. Quote
alleycat Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Oklahoma safety Brodney Poole. No way he's there. But god would I love that. It would make the draft an A+ regardless of all subsequent picks. Now that Spencer is gone, we should wait until at least the third or fourth for center (I like jason brown). Quote

San Antonio Bengal Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 David Baas -- #33 (49ers)Brodney Pool -- #34 (Browns) Quote
BengalByTheBay Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 NFL draft rooms around the country are clearly hacking this board for ideas. So...uhhhh...Stanley Wilson, Jr., yeah, yeah. Quote
andybren Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Now that Spencer is gone, we should wait until at least the third or fourth for center (I like jason brown). I agree. In the meantime let's get some defensive studs. SS, ILB, CB. Quote
San Antonio Bengal Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 NFL draft rooms around the country are clearly hacking this board for ideas.Little did I know how far away pick #48 is, but I'm not worried. Quote
bengalsfan33 Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 Hmm, a lot of great prospects are still available. Blackstock, Ruud, Cody, Cody, Hawthorne,Burnett, and Thurman are still out there, and I would really love a huge DT such as Hawthorne. But Bullocks is the guy I'm eyeing right now. Quote
BeyondTheJungle Posted April 23, 2005 Report Posted April 23, 2005 How about Shaun Cody. I hestitate to mention any names here since as soon as we like someone they're the next guy taken. Quote
