Jon did not even hesitate to reply,"US"!! That is great confidence from a QB who had just lost the previous weekend to a stout Ravens team. You got to remember though that when they were 0 and 3, he said he thought they were going to win the next 13. On the one hand you don't want your qb to ever think he's going to lose. On the other, you know that every now and then he will. Marvis Lewis has given these guys a whole new outlook on life. This year they are in a position to actually win the division. Everything will have to go their way, but it is a reality and not a fantasy. The superbowl is a huge leap beyond that, and at this point I think it's not even something they should be entertaining questions about. First things first. Beat the Rams ..... Well, he wasn't too far off of that prediction....The've gone 8-3 since then, and could have easily been 10-1Confidence has never been Kitnas probelm...If anything it was the opposite problem, he was too confident that he could force that ball in between all the defenders....But you gotta love it when the QB feels that the game is his...The players have gotta love stepping into the huddle and knowing their QB believes they are gonna win...That's what he has to get across to Palmer for the long term stability at the position....cheers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
