R-U-D-I
Hopefully see him move towards Pro-bowl level play talked about after rookie season......Left offensive guard Eric Steinbach pointed to his left biceps and said, "Look, no chicken wing."A year removed from left elbow surgery, Steinbach has full range of motion in his arm — and the muscle to prove it. The third-year veteran from Iowa is happy because he's finally healthy."I took a couple weeks off after the season, which (the club) recommended, and then started lifting again toward the end of January," said Steinbach, a second-round draft pick in 2003. "I've been lifting ever since. Right now, I've got my muscle back — finally. I haven't felt this good since I came here."Since the surgery after my first season, I really never had the time to recover and do my lifting because it was minicamps and practices, then all of a sudden it's training camp and the season. You know how it is. You can't lift the way you want to when you've got all that going on. So these last three months have been really helpful for me."
