Chucktkd Posted February 10, 2005 Report Share Posted February 10, 2005 Corey Dillon: Will Miss Pro Bowl Due to Groin Injury Wednesday, February 9, 2005Update: Dillon will miss the Pro Bowl (Feb. 13) due to a groin injury that he suffered late in Sunday's Super Bowl, the Boston Herald reports. Recommendation: Jerome Bettis of the Steelers will take his place. Though we don't know the extent of Dillon's injury at this point, it is worth noting that Kevin Faulk logged the final three carries for the Patriots on Sunday. We'll give you more as we know it, but either way, now that he is sitting out the Pro Bowl, Dillon has plenty of time to heal up. So who will be the starting back? Will it be Rudi?
