HoosierCat
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=roto...owire&type=lgnsSeems there was an article in the Enquirer I could see the Jets and/or Giants taking a stab at TJ. He'd be a better fit with the Jets, who could slide him into the same slot Chrebet will be vacating, and a lineup of McCareins/Santana Moss/TJ looks pretty respectable on paper. He'd do well with Jersey/B. Don't know if they can afford him tho.Jersey/A, on the other hand, might well try to turn him into a No. 1, which has disaster written all over it. Not to mention the fact that Eli managed just one TD pass to a wideout. Not the place he should go...
ShulaSteakhouse
I have a feeling someone's going to pony up the jack for TJ. The Bengals are too cheap and uncreative with the cap still to keep all these guys around I fear.
CTBengalsFan
he would be terrible on the giants. on the jets he'd be probably as good as here.
Kirkendall
If anyone ponies up big money, let TJ go. We need to be smart with our money, not Daniel Snyder it all to hell!

LesterLyles
Thats one thing that stinks about the league...you always get some dope owner who overpays for players and t/f teams can't keep many of their solid players. What is TJ to do if he gets offered very large money? What are the Bengals supposed to do? It sucks.Jets are actually $15mm under the cap so they have a lot of $$ but they habve some big decisions to make i.e. Abe, Fergie and Lamont. The ball is in their court. TJ is intriguing but as a guy who also wants to see the Bengals do well, it would be unfortunate. Get me Jerry Porter and put Santana in the slot. From what I hear NYG are desperately seeking a wideout that can stretch the field, I'm certainly don't think TJ fits that mold, he is a possession receiver. Beaker
Creative with the cap = franchise in the s**tter in 5 yrs. Figures people would be griping about that in today's instant gratification society.

Figures people would be griping about that in today's instant gratification society. Tennessee and San Francisco were creative with the cap, you wouldn't like being in their position?Personally, I'd like to run a much more fundamentally sound organization like the Patriots and Eagles, be successful and have plenty of cap room every year... but hey, that's just me. bengalboomer7
I am more worried that TJ won't be a bengal next year. No one will offer Rudi franshise money, but someone will offer TJ 3-4 mill and if someone does, we better not match it. The main reason why we can't offer TJ that much money is cause we're not sure who our #2 reciever is, and we can't afford to pay two guys #2 money.
